TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. “Watch & win” is a weekly competition that generally begins each Tuesday at
12pm (AEST) and ends each Wednesday of the same week at 11:59 a.m. (AEST)
(the “Promotion Period”). The entire competition will begin on the 9th of October 2012 and
continue indefinitely or until Roadshow Films sees fit.
2. By entering the competition, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to
comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are thirteen years of age or older at the
time of entry.
4. Employees and their immediate families of Roadshow Films Pty Ltd, its parent,
subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to enter.
5. Employees and their immediate families of We Are Social Pty Ltd, its parent,
subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to enter.
6. To enter, participants must visit the web site https://www.facebook.com/roadshowfilms
(the “Website”), complete the submission form found on the Website with the information
requested, watch the video, answer a simple multiple choice question, and a 25 words or
less question.
7. At the end of the Promotion Period for each weekly competition, a judging panel
will review all entries submitted. The judging panel resides at Level 5, Frank Hurley
Grandstand, Fox Studios Australia, Driver Avenue, Moore Park, NSW 1363, Australia.
The 5 entries that are judged the best and most creative will be deemed the winners. The
judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be
chosen on each Wednesday and announced each Thursday morning.
8. All required information on the entry form must be completed to enter and to be
eligible to win.
9. Entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period for the applicable weekly
competition in order to be eligible
for consideration. The Website’s database clock will be the official time keeper for
this Promotion. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered
proof of delivery to or receipt by Promoter of such entry.
10. Entry must be completed and submitted by the entrant, only at the website
(http://www.facebook.com/roadshowfilms). Entries made by any other individual or any
entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited
to commercial promotion subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be
declared invalid and disqualified for this competition.
11. The cost of accessing the website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual
Internet Service Provider.
12. Each prize winner will be notified by e-mail using the contact information provided at
the time of entry.
13. Each prize winner will be sent their prize by post using the contact information
provided at the time of entry. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the
promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request
