- NSW (calling from within the Sydney metropolitan telephone exchange area);
- Victoria;

- Western Australia;

- Tasmania.
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.

During the Registration Period, individuals will be invited to visit the listed website and enter the promotion by providing the following information without limitation;

And;
Answer a question in (101) one hundred and one words or less: “Tell us about the best live gig you’ve been to and why”.


The fourteen (14) most original/humorous/imaginative entry as judged by the Promoter on each judging day at the office of 2MMM, Level 14, 50 Goulburn Street Sydney will win a prize.
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

There will be a maximum of fourteen (14) prizes.
Each prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:

- One (1) return flight for two (2) people from the winner’s nearest capital city to Sydney leaving Wednesday 24th October 2012 returning Thursday 25th October 2012;
- One (1) nights’ accommodation (room charge only) for two (2) people in Sydney on Wednesday 24th October 2012 based on twin share with a minimum 3.5 star rating;
- Two (2) Tickets to Merrick & The Highway Patrol’s ‘Black Keys’ Party on Wednesday 24th October 2012, at 17 Parramatta Road, Annandale;
- Food and Beverage package to the maximum value of $20 per person.
If winners are from NSW the flights and accommodation element of the prize will not be included.

If a winner is from a regional area they are responsible for getting to their closest airport in a capitol city at their own cost.
The prize includes only those elements listed in Item 11. It does not include any transfers, meal or drink allowances, cash for incidentals, or any additional costs incurred by the winner at The Accommodation. The prize is non transferable and the winner plus their guest must be aged 18 years or over.
Prize winners and their companions must be in possession of valid photo ID to gain entry.
There is no meet and greet component included in the prize.
Ticket dates are at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Should the date of the event change and the winner is unable to attend, the prize will be forfeited and no cash will be awarded in lieu of the prize.
Should the event be cancelled by the concert promoter or for a reason beyond the control of the Promoter, the prizes will be forfeited and no cash will be awarded in lieu of the prize.
By attending these events it is possible you may be filmed / photographed and your image could appear on Southern Cross Media affiliated websites / Facebook pages.
By entering this promotion and attending the event you agree and release all rights and ownership over your entry submission. You agree that your images, audio, likeness may be used for the purpose of marketing and publicity and you will not be entitled to any further remuneration for such use.


It is strongly recommended that the Winner and his/her guest obtain
relevant and suitable travel insurance at their own expense in order to be able to take the Prize, however this is not a requirement of entry.
Should the prize winner, their guests or their parent, legal guardian or Guardian miss any of the transport arranged for them by the Promoter, they will be responsible for arranging alternative travel arrangements and no compensation will be awarded to them by the Promoter.
Flights and hotel are subject to change at the Promoter’s discretion. Winner/parent/guardian must have a valid credit card should the hotel require a safety deposit upon check in or adhere to the hotels request upon check in.
Should it be the case that a Winner/s and/or Guest/s are unable to attend due to a date change, these Winner/s and/or Guest/s will forfeit their prize.
It is up to the winner to organise their own transport to and from the airport in their capital city. Transportation is not included in the prize unless otherwise stipulated. It is the winners responsibility to organise their own flights/transport/transfers to their relevant Capital City if required and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the winner.
The prize is strictly non transferable and not redeemable for cash.
