“MYFORD ISSUE 13 SURVEY” PROMOTION
HOW TO ENTER

To enter, individuals must complete the Ford survey.  Ford surveys will be
sent out to eligible entrants via email.   
Entrants can complete the survey by following the prompts on the email to
access the survey, then inputting the requested details, completing the survey
and submitting the fully completed form.
Entries open on 15/09/12.  Online entries close at  11:59pm AEDST on
30/11/12.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form  part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the  Promoter and agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means
any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child
(whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, stepsister or 1

 cousin. 
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries
and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and
to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the  entry process. Errors
and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver
of those rights.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Only one entry permitted per person.
7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
8. The prize draws will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Level 5, 492 St Kilda Road,
Melbourne VIC 3004 on 10 December 2012 at 10am AEDST.
9. Winners will be notified by mail and email and their names (for prizes over
$250) will be published in The Australian on 17 December 2012.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The first valid entry drawn will win a $10,000  TravelScene voucher. The
winner can utilise the $10,000 towards a combination of family trips as
specified by the travel agency. Maximum 2 children per adult. Children must
be in age range 6-17 years old. No child can travel without an adult. Total
prize value is $10,000. Any additional expenditure  must be paid for by the
winner. The trip and return airfares must be booked simultaneously. The trip
must be booked and confirmed at least 60 days prior to departure. Travel
must be completed by 31 March 2014. No extension is available. The trip and
airfares are subject to availability and confirmation by TravelScene. Airline
carrier is at the discretion of TravelScene and will depend on availability.
Black-out periods may apply. This prize cannot be used in conjunction with
any other discounts or special offers. Travel insurance is strongly
recommended for all travellers. Travel insurance, domestic airfares if required,
any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional
accommodation, personal spending money, passports,  travel visa required,
transport to and from departure point and all other ancillary costs, as well as
obtaining any of these are the responsibility of the winner and their travel
companion. There is no cash value to this prize and it cannot be exchanged
or transferred. Travel must be arranged by the winner contacting TravelScene
travel agency.   
The next five (5) valid entries drawn will win a 64GB Apple iPad3 valued at
$899 (RRP).   
The next five (5) valid entries drawn will win a $500 BP Gift Card.
The next ten (10) valid entries drawn will win a $100 BP Gift Card.
BP Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and a minimum purchase of $5
applies. BP Gift cards will only be accepted by participating BP outlets with an
operational EFTPOS terminal. The card is not valid  for use after the expiry
date. No refunds for non-use. If purchase value is above remaining value on

12. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does
not redeem the prize (or an element of the prize),  then the prize (or that
element of the prize) will be forfeited. 
13. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion,
reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize
to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a
regulatory authority.
14. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the TravelScene travel voucher
or BP Gift card are not included. Any unused balance of TravelScene travel
voucher or BP Gift card cannot be awarded as cash.  Redemption of
TravelScene travel voucher or BP Gift card is subject to any terms and
conditions of the issuer including those specified  on the TravelScene travel
voucher or BP Gift card. 
15. Total prize pool value is $17,995. Prizes are expressed in Australian dollars
and are inclusive of GST.
16. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable
and cannot be taken as cash.
17. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place  on 11 March 2013 at the
same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a
regulatory authority. Winners will be notified in writing and their names (for
prizes over $250) will be published in The Australian on 25 March 2013
18. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or
voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or
recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without
remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any
outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,  distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter.
19. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being
conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical
difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any
entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to
modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
20. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. 
21. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or
purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as
provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other
implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in
the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except
for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective  officers, employees and
agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or
any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
22. Except for any liability that cannot by law be  excluded, including the NonExcludable Guarantees,  the Promoter (including its respective officers,
employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any
theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize
claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after
their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these
Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
(f) redemption and/or use of a prize.
23. As a condition of accepting the prize, winners may be required to sign any
legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize
suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal
release and indemnity form.   
24. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion
and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including
but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and,
as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.  Entry is conditional on
providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless
otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity,
research and profiling purposes, including sending  electronic messages or
telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access,
update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property
of the Promoter.
