TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.The Promotion starts at 10:00am AEDST on 16/10/2012 and ends at 12:00pm AEST on 26/10/2012.

3.Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4.Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
5.Employees (and their immediate families) of THE ICONIC and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

6.To enter during the promotional period, entrants must:

 ◦Be referred to the competition entry page.

 ◦Complete all mandatory fields on the competition entry page.

 ◦Submit a valid, complete entry form via the competition entry page during the promotional period.
 
7.An entry is only valid when their friend confirms their place on their entry. 8.The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a Participant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Participant invalid.
 9.THE ICONIC reserves the right to modify the prize draw and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
 10.THE ICONIC reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by THE ICONIC to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
11.THE ICONIC accepts no responsibility for any entry not received by THE ICONIC or delays in participating in the Competition due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
12.THE ICONIC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately, without notice, suspend or terminate ability of an entrant to participate in the Competition upon any breach by the entrant of any of these Terms & Conditions.
 13.THE ICONIC reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
 14.Entry is free.
 15.One entry per person only.
 16.Winners will be randomly drawn by THE ICONIC from all entries received by 12:00pm AEST 26th October 2012.
 17.The draw will take place at THE ICONIC offices at 4pm on 26th October 2012.
 18.The first drawn entry will win one of the prize packs. The person who they invited will win the second prize pack.
 19.Winners will be contacted via email by 12pm 29th October 2012.
 20.The Prize Winners must claim their Prize by responding to the email sent by THE ICONIC in accordance with THE ICONIC‘s instructions.
 21.If the Prize is not claimed within five days of notification, the Prize Winner will forfeit their Prize and a re-draw will take place on 8th November 2012. Further draws will take place as required until all prizes have been allocated.
 22.THE ICONIC will take no responsibility if the Prize Winner's contact details are incorrect or incomplete and/or the Prize Winner cannot be contacted.
 23.Participants agree to abide by the decisions of the judges, which are final, on all matters pertaining to The Competition. No correspondence will be entered into.
24.Prize will be sent via registered mail or other courier service to the Prize Winners within 4 weeks of the end of the Competition Period. THE ICONIC will cover all postage costs and will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
 25.By entering the Competition all Participants consent to (a) the use of their personal details by THE ICONIC for the purposes of the administration of the Competition and (b) THE ICONIC using and/or disclosing such information in accordance with THE ICONIC ‘s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at http://www.theiconic.com.au/privacy-policy/.
 26.By accepting the prize, the winner consents to have their name and photograph used for publicity purposes.
 27.The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 28.Proof of identification will be required prior to prize claims.
 29.Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable to another person.
 30.Prize consists of 2 (two) $500 Gift Vouchers to be spent on THE ICONIC.
 31.Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or goods or services.
 32.THE ICONIC reserves the right to modify or vary the Competition and/or these terms and conditions at any time.
 33.To the extent permitted by law, THE ICONIC will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including direct, indirect or consequential) suffered or sustained by the Participant in connection with the Competition in any way, including but not limited to redeeming or using the Prize, any technical difficulties accessing or participating in the Competition, any ancillary costs and tax liabilities associated with redeeming or using the Prize, any variation in the Prize value and any variation to these terms and conditions by THE ICONIC.
 34.If, for any reason that is beyond THE ICONIC ‘s reasonable control, THE ICONIC is unable to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions, THE ICONIC will not be held liable for any delay in performing or for failing to perform these obligations. In such circumstance, THE ICONIC reserves its right to cancel, terminate, suspend or modify the Competition.
