CONDITIONS OF ENTRY IMPORTANT:

Please retain a photocopy of your store receipt(s) showing date, time and store of purchase for all entries as proof of purchase will be required to claim a prize.

1. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia, who purchase any Cuisinart
product from the Temptation Red Range only and who for the duration of this
promotion are not employees, directors, or contractors of Sheldon and Hammond,
Holden or any of their associated agencies involved with this promotion, or members
of the immediate family of such employees, directors or contractors.
2. Competition commences on Monday, August 13th 2012 at 00:01 (AEST) and
concludes on Monday, December 24th 2012 at 11:59 (AEST). The competition will
be drawn at 11am (AEST) on Tuesday, 15th January 2013 at Umm Communications,
603 Elizabeth Street, Redfern, NSW 2016 to allow participants time to post entries to
Sheldon and Hammond. The winner will be notified by telephone within 7 days of the
draw and will also be advised of their prize in writing. The winner will be announced
on the website www.cuisinart.com.au and will also be published in The Australian on
Friday, January 18th 2013.
3. To enter, participants must:
- Purchase a product from the Cuisinart Temptation Red range from a participating
retailer in Australia
- Collect an entry form (provided in store or can be downloaded from
www.cuisinart.com.au), complete entry form entirely and mail your entry together with
the barcode from the packaging of the purchased Cuisinart Temptation Red product:

Purchases between 1/08/2012 and 13/08/2012 will be accepted.
4. Protecting your personal information – The Promoter may use winners’ names and
photographs for publicity purposes. Information contained on entries may be entered
into a database and the Promoter and its related companies may use that information
for communication with entrants, research, promotional and marketing purposes.
Information contained on the entries will be used exclusively by the Promoter and its
related companies and not provided to any other party.
5. By entering this promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may disclose the
entrant’s personal information to State or Territory lottery departments, and that the
winner’s names and State/Territory may be published as required under the relevant
lottery legislation. Please tick the box if you do not wish your information to be used
by the Promoter for future promotional and marketing purposes.
6. Participants may enter as many times as they like providing each entry is in respect
of the purchase of a qualifying Cuisinart product during the promotional period. Each
entry must be sent in a separate, stamped, standard size envelope and include an
entry form (envelopes with multiple entry forms will be treated as a single entry).
Entries that are illegible or incomplete will be invalid.
7. In order to be able to claim a prize, the winning entrant will be required to provide
proof of purchase by presenting a photocopy of the store receipt(s) in respect to each
entry made during the promotional period. Proof of purchase should be retained until
after the unclaimed prize draw date as outlined in condition 2 above.
8. Entrants can only enter their own name and must provide their own address at the
time of entry. Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more
than one name in entering the promotion will be disqualified from participating in
the promotion and redeeming the prize. The promoter reserves the right to confirm
and verify the identity of the winner, by requesting the winner to provide proof of
age, proof of identity and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable
is at the promoter’s absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right, in its
absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process
or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
9. Should the winner be under the age of 18, then the prize will be given to the
parent/guardian subject to State Regulation.
10. Only individuals can enter the promotion.
11. The first valid entry randomly drawn from the ballot box will win a
- Holden Cruze CD Manual
- The vehicle colour is “Red Hot” only

- Delivery will be made within three months of the prize draw date
- Any additional, non-standard options will be at the cost of the prize winner

- The prize is non-transferable, unless the winner is under the age of 18, then the car
will be registered to the winner’s parent/guardian
- The winner must be an Australian resident
- The vehicle must be registered in the prize winner’s name or a nominated parent/
guardian name by the prize winner.
- The delivering dealer is at the discretion of the supplier
- Approximate Prize Value is $21,990 (including on road costs and dealer delivery)
- This is Subject to State Regulation
12. The winner will have three months from Tuesday, January 15th 2013 to claim the
prize. If the prize is not claimed by Friday 15th March 2013 an unclaimed prize draw
will take place on Monday 18th March at 11am(AEST). The winner will be posted on
www.cuisinart.com.au and published in the Australian on Friday, 22nd March 2013.
13. Prize values are based on recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive
of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between
now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
14. Independent advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as result of
accepting the prize.
15. The winner (or their parent/guardian) is responsible for all other expenses
including insurance.
16. Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
17. Once prize has left the dealers premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for
prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
19. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State regulation.
20. The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the Competition result.
21. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the
conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements.
22. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required
with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not
limited to, being interviewed, filmed throughout the duration of the prize.
23. In the event that for any reason for whatsoever a winner does not take an element
of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then the element of the prize will be
forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
24. Should the entrants contact details change during the promotional period, it is the
entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any
information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
25. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery
departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
