Pakenham Racing Club in conjunction with Bruce Clough Mazda and the Victorian Coalition Government are giving you the chance to win Australia's best selling small car, a brand new Mazda 3 Neo.
To get your hands on the key to the car we encourage you to become or renew your membership with the Pakenham Racing Club. For additional entries simply purchase a racebook at one or all of the following 5 race days and fill in the entry form and place it in the competition barrel on course.
By becoming a member with the Pakenham Racing Club you will be granted one entry into the draw to win this zippy new Mazda 3. All financial members on 1 December 2012 will be automatically entered into the draw.
Racebooks are available to purchase at all entrance gates as well as from the raceday office on raceday.

Win A New Car Terms and Conditions
 
 
 
1.
This competition is a promotion run by the Pakenham Racing Club Incorporated ABN 64 884 966 013 ("Promoter") . The Trade Permit Number is 12/2013.
 
 
2.
Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
 
 
3.
The competition is open to entrants 18 years and over, who purchase a racebook at the Pakenham Racing Club’s racedays between 13/10/12 and 14/12/12 and submit the coupon to the competition barrel prior to 4.30pm on Friday 14 December 2012. All financial members on 1/12/12 will also be entered into the draw. The draw is a game of chance and not skill. The draw will be conducted randomly by barrel draw.
 
 
4.
Employees of the Promoter and related entities of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. This includes officers, committee, management, contractors and staff of the Pakenham Racing Club, the Cardinia Club and the Pakenham Sports Club and their immediate families together with Racing Victoria Limited and Tabcorp staff employed at the race meetings.

The competition commences 13 October 2012 and closes 4.30pm AEST 14 December 2012. The competition will be drawn at 5.00pm AEST on 14 December 2012 at the Pakenham Racecourse, 61 Racecourse Road, Pakenham. Proof of identity will be required to redeem prizes.
 
 
6.
There will be one winner in this competition who will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
 
7.
Entry is by filling in a coupon and placing in the barrel prior to 4.30pm on 14/12/12. Coupons will be available each time a person purchases a racebook between 13/10/12 and 14/12/12 together with upon purchasing a membership with the Pakenham Racing Club. No limit exists as to the amount of times an individual can enter the competition.
 
 
8.
The winner will receive a Mazda 3 Neo car (manual transmission) up to the value of $21,490 including on-road costs.
 
 
9.
Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative vehicle of equal or greater value. Any change in the value of the prize between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
 
 
10.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
 
 
11.
The prize is subject to availability and all other relevant Terms and Conditions.
12.
The winner will be notified by phone, email or mail. Competition results will also be published in The Australian on 19/12/12. The winner will also be notified via the Public Address system on the day of the draw.
13.
 
 All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
14.
The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition, and of periodically providing entrants with marketing information about the Promoter's products and services. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause. Entrants agree that they may be filmed, photographed and/or interviewed at the Win a Car draw by the PRC or it contractors and that their name and image may be used by the PRC.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize or entering into this competition. The promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize and winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
