Toyworld / Wiggles Promotion Competition – Terms & Conditions

By entering the ‘Toyworld / Wiggles Competition’ you are agreeing to the following terms and

conditions.



1. STANDARD TERMS

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed

acceptance of these conditions of entry.

The Promoter is Associated Retailers Limited

(ABN42 004 520 030) of 169 Burnley Street, Richmond, VIC, 3121.

1.2 If, for any reason or cause, the promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned by the Promoter,

including (but not by way of limitation), due to infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering,

unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter

which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this

promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or

suspend the promotion.



2. WHO CAN ENTER

2.1 Subject to clause 2.2 and 2.3, entry is open to all residents of Australia.

2.2 Directors, management, employees and their immediate families of Associated Retailers Limited and

their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.  Immediate family means any of the

following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-factor spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption),

parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother,

step-sister or first cousin.

2.3 Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain prior permission to enter from a parent or guardian over

the age of 18.

2.4 The colouring-in component of the competition is applicable only to children 6 years and under.



3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 Entry into this competition commences on Thursday 25th October 2012 at 09.00 (AEST) and concludes Thursday 8th November 2012 at 17.00 (AEST), (the Competition Period).

3.2 To enter the competition, entrants must purchase any Wiggles product featured in the Toyworld

catalogue (available online 22/10/2012; in print 25/10/2012)at participating Toyworld stores, and then follow the below prompts:

3.3 Listing of participating Toyworld stores can be located on the website at www.toyworld.com.au.

3.4 Entrants must retain their original or a copy of their purchase receip(s)for all entries (an ‘Eligible Transaction’)

, dated during the Competition Period, as proof of purchase.  Failure to produce proof of

purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in the

invalidation of all of an Entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a Prize.  Purchase receipt(s)

must clearly specify that the purchase was made during the Competition Period, but prior to entry.

3.5 Multiple entries to the competition from an entrant is permitted subject to the following:

(a) eachEntry must relate to a separate Eligible Transaction and

(b)each Entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.

3.6 A maximum of one prize per person / household may be won.

3.7 The time of entry will, in each case, be the time that the entry has been received by the Promoter as

follows:

(a)by email, as recorded by the Promoter’s servers, and

(b)by mail, as received on the day by 17.00 (AEST).

3.8 The Promoter, its agents, affiliates or representatives will not be liable for any lost, late or

misdirected entries.

3.9 Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

4. HOW TO WIN THE PRIZE PACKS

4.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period and registered all details

in accordance with clauses 2 and 3 will be entered into the prize draw.  All draws will take place on

Thursday 15th November 2012 at Associated Retailers Limited, 169 Burnley Street, Richmond, VIC, 3121

at 12.00 (AEST).

4.2 Five (5)winners will be drawn from all valid entries received over the Competition Period.  Each

winner will receive a pack containing the following items:

Total prize value of each pack is approximately $130.  If a product within the prize pack is not available

at the time of the Competition Entry draw, then this product will be substituted with another item of

equal value.

4.3 Winners will be notified by email on Friday 16th November 2012.  The Winner’s names and winning

entries will also be published on www.toyworld.com.au.  The Winner’s details will then be forwarded to

Merchantwise Pty Ltd, of 266 – 268 Chapel Street, Prahran, VIC, 3181, for prize fulfillment.  Prizes will be

dispatched within 2 weeks of the prize draw.

4.4 The Promoter or the nominated fulfillment house, shall not in any circumstance or event

whatsoever, be responsible or liable for misdirection of any prize or for loss, damage or destruction of

any prize in transit.

4.5 The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and the Promoter will

not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.

4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to request that the wi nners provide proof of identity, proof of

residency at the nominated prize delivery address and / or proof of entry validity (including proof ofpurchase receipt)

 in order to claim the prize.  Proof of identification, residency and entry considered

suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide

suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

4.7 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in

the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting,

inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process,

who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry, or who has, in

the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent,

misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and / or the

Promoter.  The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that

the winner and / or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.

4.8  The prize draw is based on a game of skill.  Winning entries will be judged on merit based on age

competency and artistic approach (creativity and imagination).

4.9 All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.

5. PRIVACY CONSENT

5.1 By entering the Competition, all Entrants give their consent for the Promoter to collect personal

information to process competition entries, and at any time, to contact Entrants by any means (including but not limited to, email, SMS, phone)

to provide information on the Promoter’s events, goods, services or promotions of interest.  The Promoter respects the privacy of each Entrant and will

not disclose any personal details to any unrelated third party unless required by law.
