    By registering for this promotion, you accept these terms and conditions. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is taken to mean your acceptance of these terms and conditions
    The competition commences at 9am Australian Eastern Saving Time (“AEST”) on 2 April 2012. Entries close on 31 October 2012 and must be received at the below email address or postal address by 11.59pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) (“Promotion Period”)
    The promoter is TRUenergy Pty Ltd (ABN 99 086 014 968) of Level 33, 385 Bourke Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (“Promoter”)
    Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, South Australia the Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and Queensland
    To enter, you must, during the Promotion Period, go to the competition page, download the picture, find the correct tightrope and colour in the picture, either scan and email to energywise@energyaustralia.com.au or mail to PO Box 306, Sunshine VIC 3020 (including your name, mailing address and contact phone number)
    You may only enter once
    Competition winners will be chosen on 9 November 2012 Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) and will take place at Level 29, 385 Bourke Street St, Melbourne VIC 3000. The judging panel will consist of at least two (2) Sales & Marketing representatives from the Promoter or their nominees
    This competition is a game of skill
    Entries will be chosen based on most colourful picture and correct tightrope. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into
    Ten (10) winners will be chosen, a total of 10 Madagascar circus packs to be won.Each winner will receive: One Madagascar 3 circus pack
    The winners will be notified by email and mail
    If any prize remains unclaimed after 16 November 2012, EnergyAustralia will award the prize to a runner up. Unclaimed prize winners will be notified by telephone and by mail
    The total maximum prize value for the Competition is RRP $75
    All other costs associated with taking and using the prize is the responsibility of the winner
    A prize is not negotiable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
    The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize
    If the nominated prize is unavailable due to circumstances outside the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any technical difficulties including periods of unavailability of the entry documentation during the Promotion Period which are outside the Promoter’s control
    Entries which are incomplete, offensive, or incomprehensible are not eligible to win
    No responsibility is accepted for entries not received by the Promoter. Entries will not be accepted if they are illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion
    The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise for any prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought in this regard
    All entries become the property of the Promoter and entries will not be returned. Entrants consent to the Promoter modifying, adapting and/or publishing the entry in whole or in part without royalty, payment or other compensation to the entrant. The entrant unconditionally and irrevocably consents to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any of the entrant’s moral rights in the Materials (as defined in Part IX of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)) and present and future rights of a similar nature conferred by statute anywhere in the world whether occurring before or after this consent is given (“Moral Rights”). The entrant waives all Moral Rights in the Materials that arise outside Australia
    By accepting the prize, winners agree to be contacted by the Promoter about the Competition and to participate in publicity activities as reasonably requested, including being interviewed and photographed by the Promoter for use by the Promoter in future marketing and promotional activities including future editions of EnergyWise, without requiring payment by the Promoter or further consent from the winner
