Prize Terms and Conditions - Australian Traveller Entries close Tuesday 4 December, 2012. The winners of the four Sofitel Luxury Hotels prizes will be announced in the February/March 2013 issue of Australian Traveller (out 6 February 2013). The prizes are valid from 6 February to December 2013 (excluding Sofitel Melbourne on Collins – valid until August 2013). All bookings are subject to availability and exclude major holiday seasons. The prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Each individual hotel location prize will be determined by Australian Traveller. Flights are not included. 1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these conditions of entry. 2. Entry is open to all subscribers to Australian Traveller between 3 October and 4 December 2012. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and agencies are not eligible. 3. The promotion commences 12:01am on 3 October and closes at 11:59pm on 4 December 2012 ("Promotional Period"). The winner will be announced in the February/March 2013 issue of Australian Traveller. Entry to this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 4. To be eligible for the prize, the subscriber must purchase and pay for a 6 or 12 issue subscription at the stated price. All subscriptions must be received during the Promotional Period. 5. Incomplete, illegible and incomprehensible subscriptions will be deemed invalid. Unpaid subscriptions will also be deemed invalid until payment is received. 6. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The prize must be taken in one period without breaks or multiple stays. All bookings must be made directly with the property and as per the instructions when the prize is delivered. 7. The prize is subject to availability and the promoter's decision in relation to winners and prize redemption is final. 8. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written discretions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 9. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, age and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. 10.
