HOW TO ENTER AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Participation in and gaining the benefit of this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This offer is open to all Australian residents. Anyone below the age of 18 must have parental consent prior to entering.
The competition commences on 31st October 2012 at 10:00am AEST, and concludes on 14th November 2012 at 5:00pm AEST (promotional period). All times are AEST.
To enter, participants must visit the Priceline competition page during the promotional period, answer the questions, and complete all required details including name, contact number and contact email address, to be eligible to enter.
Participants may only enter this promotion once.
It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their entered details, including their phone number and/or email information, is correct and up to date when entering this promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information. Incomplete, indecipherable or incomprehensible prize claims/entries will be ineligible. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The entries may be published on the Priceline website. Entrants’ personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled by the promoter and not distributed or re-used in anyway after the completion dates of the competition.

HOW WINNERS WILL BE DETERMINED AND NOTIFIED
The judging will take place at Res Publica, Level 6, 7 Macquarie Place, Sydney, NSW, 2000 at on 16th November 2012 10:00 AM AEST.
The Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and email within two days of their entry being chosen.
If any prize is not claimed by 5:00pm AEST by 17th December 2012 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further judging at 12pm AEST on 18th December 2012 at the same location as the original judging as are necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any written directions given by the relevant gaming authorities.
If further judging takes place at 12:00pm AEST on 18th December 2012 the Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and email within two days of their entry being chosen.
If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 18th January 2013 those prizes will be forfeited.
The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on merit. No correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZES
Ten prizes will be given based on the judges’ final decision. Each prize consists of a $50 Priceline gift voucher. The total value of prizes is AUD$500.
The prize includes postage via Australia Post to a specified address by the prize winner within Australia. The prize will be distributed within three weeks of making contact with the Prize Winner.
The promoter reserves the right to amend any details without notice.
The prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost, delayed, misdirected or stolen prizes.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification checks at its absolute discretion. The Prize Winner may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize and the winner may be required to sign a deed of release.
The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. As per the relevant Privacy Legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at its address above.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned in any respect due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the promotion, subject however to the written directions of any competent authority. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies will not accept liability or claims relating to or in connection with this promotion, including, but not limited to, death or injury to any person or loss of property, and any change in value of the prizes occurring between the publishing date and the date the prizes are claimed.
The total prize value of the promotion is up to AUD$500.
