Hit the floor with Get Down! Dance on Film Since the 1970s – a series of dance movies screening at GOMA. Get Down! features 40 films, from lavish musicals to cult classics and dance documentaries, including Grease 1978, Dirty Dancing 1987, Strictly Ballroom 1992, Cabaret 1972, Hairspray 1988, Paris is Burning 1990 and Rize 2005. GOMA is giving away four Get Down! ticket packages, which include: •A double pass to the launch of Get Down! on Thursday November 8 with a special Sing-A-Long screening of Grease. • Two five-film passes so you and your friends can catch some of your favourite dance movies throughout the season.
