2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. To enter, tell us in 25 words or less 'If you were a gangster what would be your name and why?'
3. Promotion commences on the 26th of October 2012. Entries close at 23:59 on the 26th of November 2012. The winners will be judged on 28th of November and will be notified by email or phone and published on the website.
4. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of all prizes.
6. Prize is 10 packs of Boardwalk Empire: The Complete Season 1 and 2 on DVD valued at $99.10 each. Total value is $999.90.
7. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. An alternate prize may be arranged if for any reason there is a problem with the current offering.
8. Prize cannot be exchanged for the cash value.
9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
