We’ve partnered with (RED) to fight HIV/AIDS in Africa, and we want your help to share the word!

Send us your photos of red inspiration, and each week we’ll give the most interesting photo entry a bottle of our special edition BELVEDERE(RED).

And the best overall entry will win flights and accommodation in Sydney, to attend our (RED) party as a VIP.

The photos can be anything that’s red: objects, fruit, animals, people… but the more interesting the shot, the better. (You also need to have taken the photo yourself.)

We’ll be using the photos at this year’s (RED) party, to be held on 1st December, World AIDS Day. (Check out the images from last year’s party here)

So, what is (RED)?
(RED) is the global fund (created by Bono and Bobby Shriver) that partners with international brands to fight HIV/AIDS in Africa. We support (RED) by donating 50% of profits from our BELVEDERE (RED) bottle sales. You can find out more about (RED)’s terrific work here.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion commences on  29/10/2012 and final entries close at 11:59pm
AEDST on 25/11/2012(“Promotional Period”).

3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are
able to travel to Sydney NSW, for the date of their winning prize
. Employees
(and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with
this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the
following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether
natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent,
uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1

cousin.
4. Individuals can enter through the “Exclusive Access” application on the
Facebook Platform. This is located on  the “Exclusive Access” tab on the
Belvedere Australia Facebook Page  on Facebook
(www.facebook.com/belvederevodkaaustralia).  Individuals must “Like” the
Belvedere Australia Facebook Page  to access the  “Exclusive Access”
application before proceeding to submit an entry.  Individuals can also enter
through the “Exclusive Access” application via a suitable mobile phone at
belvederevodka.com.au/getinspired. Any data usage in accessing the entry
page through a suitable mobile phone is at the cost to the individual.
Individuals should contact their mobile phone plan provider to ensure this data
usage is available within their plan if they are unsure.
5. To submit an entry, entrants must then, using the “Exclusive Access”
application, input the requested details including their ‘picture of something
red’  and press submit. All entries must be received  by 11:59pm AEDST on
25/11/2012.

6. Entry and  continued participation in the promotion is dependent on entrants
following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights
and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at www.facebook.com/terms.php
7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their
information to the Promoter and not Facebook. The information they provide
will only be used for the purposes as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Any questions, comments or complaints should be directed to the Promoter
and not Facebook. 2
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries
and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and
to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.  Errors
and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.  Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver
of those rights.
9. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
10. Individuals can enter as many times as they wish, each week, for the duration
of the promotion.
11. The judging will take place at Moet Hennessey Australia, Level 3, 61 Dunning
Avenue, Rosebery, NSW 2018. The winners will be notified by email. This is a
game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.  Each entry
will be individually judged  based on  the literary and creative merit to the
answer provided to the question. The Promoter’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
12. There are two prizes, 1 (one) x weekly minor prize, and 1 (one) x major
prize. For the weekly minor prize, the  best valid weekly entry, as
determined by the judges, will win the weekly  minor  prize.  For the
major prize, the best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win
the major prize.

13. The weekly minor prize includes:

The weekly minor prizes  are not transferrable..  The weekly  minor
competition duration is  four(4) weeks. There will be one  minor prize
winner per week. The weekly minor prize dates are:

14. If the winner is not from  Sydney, NSW, the major prize includes return
economy airfares from the winner's nearest capital city to Sydney, NSW and
return airport transfers. If the winner is from Sydney, NSW then the prize does
not include airfares and the airfare component of the prize is not redeemable
for cash. Spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and
airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional
transfers, items of a personal nature and all other ancillary costs are not
included. Prize must be taken to coincide with the (BELVEDERE)
RED
party on
December 1
st
, 2012.
15. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. The prize is subject to the
standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The
winner may be required to present  appropriate identification  at time of flight
check in.
16. If for any reason the winner does not redeem the prize by the time stipulated
by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
17. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion,
reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize
to the equal value and/or specification.
18. The VFNO prizes are subject to the event venue and terms and conditions,
including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organizers
hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her
companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to
intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
19. Total prize pool value is  $2,825.    The prize is not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
20. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy responsibly.  Legal aged
consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in
the National Health & Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol
Guidelines. A full version of the guidelines is available at
http://www.nhmrc.gov.au.  Entry and continued participation in this promotion
is subject to the licensee’s liquor serving policy.
21. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be
returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each
entrant  agrees to assign all of their rights, title and interest (including
copyright) in and to their entry to the Promoter. Each entrant warrants to the
Promoter that each entry submitted is an original literary work of the entrant
that does not infringe the rights of any third party.  The entrant agrees to
indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising
from a breach of this warranty.  Entrants consent to any use of their entry
which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act
1968 (Cth). 4
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image
and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or
recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without
remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any
outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or
supplied by the Promoter.
23. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being
conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter,  including but not limited to technical
difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any
entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
24. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
25. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to
limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under
the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties
under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and
Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability
that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees,
the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents)
excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss
or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
26. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the NonExcludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers,
employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity);  whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of:  (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any
theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;  (c)  any  entry or prize
claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after
their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these
Terms and Conditions;  (e) if the  (BELVEDERE)

event is cancelled or
delayed for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (f) any
tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize.
27. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion
and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including
but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers.
Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an
indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for
promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including5
sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should
direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
28. The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. 
Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
