To celebrate the release of the 23rd film in the James Bond franchise, Sony Australia is giving thirty (30) lucky fans a chance to win a double pass to an exclusive Gold Class preview screening of the latest Bond film ‘Skyfall’ before it hits cinemas.
Each winner will receive one (1) double pass to a Gold Class screening listed below and a 007 Gift Bag full of James Bond goodies.

6.   Entries must be received during the Promotional Period. Entries will be deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. 7.   All entries remain the property of the Entrant. Judging will take place at the office of Sony Australia Limited at 33-39 Talavera Road North Ryde NSW 2113 on November 13 2012 at 19:00 (AEST). On each judging date, from among all eligible entries received up to that date, the best valid entry as determined by the judge/s will be awarded the prize. Winners will be notified by reply email from November 16 2012 at 12:00 (AEST) and will be required to send back their name and postal address in order to receive the prize. Each eligible entrant is only eligible to win one prize.

9.   The main prize is one (1) of thirty (30) double passes to an exclusive preview screening of the latest James Bond film (Skyfall) and one (1) of thirty (30)exclusive James Bond gift bags to be issued at the screening.

10.   The tickets will be delivered to winners within three (3) days of the winner/s providing their postal address details. Prizes will be delivered to Australian addresses only.

11.   All promotions administered or communicated via Facebook are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.

12.   Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a prize, or element of a prize, is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or greater value for that prize, or element of it.

13.   In the event of the prize not being accepted or claimed by November 17 2012 the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to distribute the prize to the next best valid entry that has not already received a prize.

14.   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought.
