1.Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
 2.Entry is open to residents of Australia with a valid email address ("Eligible Entrant"). Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
 3.The promotion commences at 9am Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time ("AEDST") on Thursday 1 November 2012 & closes at 5pm AEDST on Thursday 20 December 2012 ("Promotion Period").

4. An Eligible Purchase is required to enter, which is the purchase in any combination of 20 cans of FANCY FEAST Cat Food in a single transaction from a participating PETstock store from any of the the following product ranges:

 a. FANCY FEAST Classic
 b. FANCY FEAST A La Carte
 c. FANCY FEAST Royale

 5.To send an entry go to www.fancyfeast.com.au/promotions and follow the prompts to submit your entry, including responding to the survey questions and providing details about your Eligible Purchase.
6.One chance in the prize draw will be awarded for each Eligible Purchase. Entry is not limited provided each entry is entered separately on the website and each entry can be verified by a valid purchase receipt.
 7.Entrants must keep the original PETstock purchase receipt showing the Eligible Purchase safe for every entry made until after the promotion closes. The Promoter reserves the right to require the entrant to provide the proof that every entry they made was valid before awarding the prize. Further, the Promoter retains the absolute discretion to require any entrant, (including groups of entrants in the same Household), to provide proof of residency at the Household address shown on their entry before awarding a prize.
 8.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to avoid payment of call costs or for making multiple entries that are not associated with a separate Eligible Purchase, or for submitting an entry which is not otherwise in accordance with these conditions of entry.
 9.In the case that the Promoter finds evidence of tampering by the entrant in the entry process or the verification process, in addition to declaring any or all entries made by the entrant invalid, the Promoter may in its complete discretion preclude that entrant from participation in any or all future promotions of the Promoter.
 10.All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the prize draw.
 11.The prize is a NESPRESSO PIXIE Red coffee machine valued at $399 recommended retail price ("RRP"). There are a total of 30 prizes to be awarded.
 12.The prize draw will take place at 12 noon on Friday 4 January 2013 at Unit 6, 106 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale NSW 2100. The first 30 valid entries drawn will each win the prize
13.All prize winners will be notified in writing within 48 hours of the prize draw and their names and postcodes will be published in The Australian on Monday 7 January 2013 and will also appear at www.purina.com.au/past-winners by that date.
 14.Total prize pool is valued at $11,970 RRP.
 15.Prize is not transferable & cannot be taken as cash.
16.Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
 17.The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18.Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.nestle.com.au or calling 1800 005 510. An entrant's details may only be used to contact the entrant about the Promoter, its related companies, their brands, special offers, samples, consumer research and other promotions if the entrant consents to that use, for example by ticking an "opt in" box on an entry form.
19.Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 20.2If any prize remains unclaimed by Monday 8 April 2013, despite the Promoter's best efforts to contact a winner, then subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw on that date to distribute any unclaimed prizes. The first valid entry drawn will win an unclaimed prize and the prize draw will continue until all unclaimed prizes have been awarded. Any winner of such a draw will be notified in writing within 48 hours of the draw and their name and postcode will be published in The Australian on Friday 12 April 2013 and also at www.purina.com.au/past-winners by that date.
 21.Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
 22.If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
 23.Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
