TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PROMOTER
1. The Promoter is  San Remo Macaroni Company Pty Ltd  trading as Fantastic Snacks,
ABN 43 000 228 713 of 4 Boden Court, Windsor Gardens SA 5087 Australia, telephone
number (08) 8334 8290 and facsimile number (08) 8261 0265.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
2. Entering this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any
other terms and conditions appearing on www.facebook.com/fantasticcrackers (Facebook
Page) specific to this promotion.
3. The promotion will commence at 10.00am AEDT on Friday, 12 October 2012 and closes
at 9.59am AEDT on Friday, 21 December 2012.
WHO MAY ENTER
4. Entry is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 and over.  Subject to
clauses 7 and 9 below, multiple entries per entrant are permitted.
5. Employees or contractors of the Promoter or its associated companies or agencies, or any
suppliers of prizes, or the immediate family of such persons, are not eligible to enter this
promotion.  "Immediate family" means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they
live in the same household.
HOW TO ENTER
6. To enter the competition, entrants must:
6.1. "Like" the Facebook page;
6.2. Click on the "Daily Delites" promotional tab on the Facebook Page and install the
third party Facebook application as indicated.6.3. Once the application has installed, follow the prompts to push the button to play
the Virtual Delite-O-Matic.  The application will then advise the entrant whether
they have won a daily instant prize of one packet of Fantastic Delites (100g).
7. Entrants may push the button to play the Virtual Delite-O-Matic once daily.  Each new
daily period starts at 10.00am AEDT and concludes at 9.59am AEDT the following day.
8. Entrants who do not win an instant prize from the Virtual Delite-O-Matic will be entered
into a weekly second chance draw to win one carton of Fantastic Delites (12 x 100g
packets).
9. A daily instant prize winner will not be entered in the weekly second chance draw for that
week.  However, instant prize winners will  still be eligible to play the Virtual
Delite-O-Matic once daily throughout the promotional period.
10. Each entry must include the entrant's first and last name, age, email, telephone contact
number and address.  The details of repeat entrants will be automatically completed on
subsequent entries.
11. All entries become the property of the Promoter.  Entries not completed in accordance
with these Terms and Conditions or received outside of the promotion dates will not be
considered.  No responsibility is taken for failure or delay in the sending or receipt of any
entry.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant
who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who
tampers with the entry process.  Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's
discretion.  Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not
constitute a waiver of those rights.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
13. The draw for daily instant prize winners has been pre-determined.  Every 5
th
, 10
th
, 15
th
, 20
th
and 25
th
entrant to play the Virtual Delite-O-Matic each day will win an instant prize.  As
there is no way for entrants  to determine how many people have played the Virtual
Delite-O-Matic at any time, each entrant has an equal chance of winning a prize.14. Each instant prize winner will receive one (1) packet of 100g Fantastic Delites valued at $2.
15. There will be five (5) packets of 100g Fantastic Delites given away as instant prizes each
day. 
16. Each day a different flavour of Fantastic Delites will be given away as instant prizes. 
Subject to the discretion of the Promoter, the flavours for each day are as follows:
16.1. Friday: Fantastic Delites Vintage Cheese & Red Onion.
16.2. Saturday: Fantastic Delites Honey Soy Chicken.
16.3. Sunday: Fantastic Delites Deli Style Ham.
16.4. Monday: Fantastic Delites Sour Cream & Chives.
16.5. Tuesday: Fantastic Delites Sea Salt & Balsamic Vinegar.
16.6. Wednesday: Fantastic Delites Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream.
16.7. Thursday: Fantastic Delites Barbecue.
17. There will be a total 350 instant prize winners during the promotional period.  The value of
the prize pool of instant prizes is $700.
18. In the event that there are fewer than 25 players on any given day during the promotion
and not all instant prizes are awarded, the instant prizes not awarded will be subject to an
unclaimed prize draw.
19. Drawing of the winning entries for the unclaimed prize draw will be conducted by manual
draw  at the Promoter's Head Office at 4 Boden Court, Windsor Gardens SA 5087
Australia at 10:00am AEDT on Monday, 7 January 2013.
20. The winning entries for the unclaimed prize draw will be chosen randomly from all the
entries received during the promotional period.  Each entry has an equal chance of winning
a prize.  Winners will be drawn until each unclaimed prize from the instant prize draw has
been awarded. 
21. Drawing of the winning entries for the weekly second chance draw will be conducted by
manual draw at the Promoter's Head Office at 4 Boden Court, Windsor Gardens SA 5087
Australia at 10:00am AEDT on the following dates:
21.1. Draw 1: Monday, 22 October 2012.
21.2. Draw 2: Monday, 29 October 2012.
21.3. Draw 3: Monday, 5 November 2012.21.4. Draw 4: Monday, 12 November 2012.
21.5. Draw 5: Monday, 19 November 2012.
21.6. Draw 6: Monday, 26 November 2012.
21.7. Draw 7: Monday, 3 December 2012.
21.8. Draw 8: Monday, 10 December 2012.
21.9. Draw 9: Monday, 17 December 2012.
21.10. Draw 10: Monday, 7 January 2013.
22. One winning entry for the weekly second chance draw will be drawn  each week for ten
weeks.  There will be a total of ten weekly winners.
23. Each weekly second chance draw winner will receive one (1) carton of Fantastic Delites
valued at $24.  Each carton will contain 12 packets of 100g  Fantastic Delites.  Mixed
flavours of Fantastic Delites will be provided in each carton  at the discretion of the
Promoter.
24. The winning entries for each weekly second draw will be chosen randomly from the entries
received for each draw.  Each entry has an equal chance of winning a prize.
25. The value of the prize pool of second chances draw prizes is $240. 
26. The value of the total promotion prize pool is $940.
27. All other costs associated with the prizes are the responsibility of the winners. 
28. The result of the competition, including the determination of the winners, is final, and the
Promoter will not enter into any correspondence regarding the result.
PRIZES
29. Prize values are GST inclusive and are in Australian dollars and represent the retail value as
provided by the supplier as at time of printing.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for
any variation in prize value.
30. The prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable
for cash or for resale.  In the event that the prizes are unavailable, the Promoter reserves
the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  31. The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to contact the winning entrants.  However,
if a prize remains unclaimed after a period of three months from the date of the draw, the
prize will be forfeited and may be used or distributed by the Promoter at the discretion of
the Promoter.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
32. Instant prize winners will be notified instantly by the Facebook  application.    Upon
notification of winning, instant prize winners will be prompted to enter their personal
details and will receive their prize by post at the address provided.
33. Winners  of the weekly second chance draws will be notified by email and/or telephone
within fourteen (14) days of each second chance draw.
34. Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email and/or telephone within
fourteen (14) days of the unclaimed prize draw.
35. The name of each winning entrant will be displayed on the Facebook Page within fourteen
(14) business days of each draw.
36. A list of the drawn prizes and their winners will be displayed at the Promoter's Head Office
at 4 Boden Court, Windsor Gardens SA 5087 Australia for seven (7) days after the day of
each draw.
37. Winners may be asked for proof of identity, age or residence to confirm eligibility.
38. Subject to proof of eligibility, prizes will be sent to the winners by ordinary post.
39. Winners agree to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and
promotional purposes, without compensation, and agree that the Promoter will own
copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the
photograph/s.
PRIVACY
40. In order for entrants to participate in this promotion, the Promoter will collect the name,
age, email, telephone number and address of each entrant (Personal Information).  Any
Personal Information is protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is  available on the  Promoter's website at
http://www.fantasticsnacks.com.au/html/privacyPolicy.html (Website).  The Personal
Information is collected to enable the Promoter to administer the promotion and identify
the winners. 
41. By entering this promotion, those entrants who provide Personal Information consent to
the use of their Personal Information for future marketing and promotional purposes of
the Promoter.  Winning entrants agree that their identities may be disclosed in promotional
material and on the Website and Facebook Page.  Personal Information will not be used
for any other purpose.
42. Anyone can opt-out of receiving future advertising material by email at any time by sending
an email with the subject heading "unsubscribe" to social@fantasticsnacks.com.au.
43. For further information, the Promoter's privacy policy is located on the Website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
44. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to  the quality, suitability or
merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes.  To the extent permitted by law,
the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act
or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in
connection with the arrangement for the supply of goods and services by any person to the
prize winner or by use of the prizes.  This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may
have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law.  To the fullest extent permitted
by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such
rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
45. If for any reason the promotion does not run for its duration due to a computer virus,
tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond
the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole
discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or disqualify any
individual who tampers with the entry process.  The Promoter is not responsible for any:
45.1. malfunction, delay or traffic congestion on any  network or line, computer on-line
system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website;45.2. failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter; or
45.3. injury or damage to entrants or any other person related to or resulting from
participation in the promotion or downloading any materials for the promotion.
46. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the
result of the promotion or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited
to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes;
the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from
the start on the same conditions.
