Entry Restrictions
The giveaway is open to all Australian residents.
Directors and employees (and their immediate families) of:
a) Kraft,
b) participating retail outlets; or
c) any agencies of Kraft or participating retail outlets
are ineligible.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Relevant States and Territories
All Australian States and Territories.

Giveaway Period
The Giveaway starts when Gifts (as defined below) are delivered to the participating retail outlet and will remain open either while stocks last at each participating retail outlet or until 31/12/2012, whichever is earlier.

Verification Requirements
The Gift (as defined below) must be redeemed in-store on the same day, and in the same participating retail outlet, as the Qualifying Purchase (as defined below). The Gift will only be redeemed upon submitting a valid Claim (as defined below).

Entry Procedure
To be eligible, participants must purchase two Participating Products in a single transaction from a participating retailer during the Giveaway Period (Qualifying Purchase).
The Participating Products are:
• All Cadbury, Fry’s and Europe branded bars (30-80g); The Natural Confectionery Company candy bags (140-200g) and Cadbury Dairy Milk blocks (100g – 200g).
Participants who make a Qualifying Purchase must during the Giveaway Period present proof of a Qualifying Purchase in-store and ask to redeem the Gift in-store on the same day and at the same retail outlet at which the Qualifying Purchase was made (Claim).
Staff at participating retail outlets will have sole discretion as to whether a Claim is successful.
Successful claimants will receive Cadbury branded phone case valued at up to $9.95 (inc GST) (Gift).
Kraft reserves the right to, by itself or by its agents, including staff at participating retail outlets, verify the validity of any claims and to disqualify any participant benefiting from any tampering with the claim process.
In the event that an eligible participant does not make a Claim on the same day of the Qualifying Purchase and at the same participating retail outlet, then the Claim will not be successful.

Maximum Number of Entries
Multiple claims per person will be permitted, however only one Claim can be submitted for each Qualifying Purchase and only one Gift can be provided per Claim. Maximum two Claims per day. A receipt submitted in support of a Claim cannot be submitted in support of another claim.

Giveaway Details
A total of up to 40,000 Gifts will be made available for redemption.
The number of Gifts available for redemption in each retail outlet may vary.
Each Gift has a recommended retail price of $9.95 (inc GST).
Kraft accepts no responsibility for the change in value between the date of these Terms and Conditions and the redemption date.

Giveaway Restrictions (if any)
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders Kraft’s ability to proceed with the giveaway or provide the Gifts on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, act of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, Kraft may in its absolute discretion cancel the giveaway and recommence it during another giveaway period on the same Terms & Conditions.
If a Claim is made at a participating retail outlet that has no stocks left, Kraft will not be obliged to provide a Gift to the claimant.

Total Giveaway Pool

Total value of giveaway offer is up to $398,000 (inc GST) based on recommended retail price as at the date of these Terms and Conditions.
Additional Terms
1. If this giveaway is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Kraft, Kraft reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the giveaway or its terms, as appropriate.

2. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Kraft (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the giveaway, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Kraft’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Kraft) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Kraft; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of a reward.
