THIS week one lucky reader will win four nights' accommodation in a two-bedroom apartment at Grand Mercure Apartments Twin Waters valued at $1280 (based on mid-season rates)*.

However everyone is a winner because from now until December 14, the stylish 4.5 star property on Queensland's Sunshine Coast is offering accommodation from $149 per night, so  travellers can take advantage of off-peak rates before the holiday crowds descend.

Grand Mercure Apartments Twin Waters offers a secure gated environment with undercover parking, extensive walking tracks, parks, gardens, pools and magnificent views overlooking the central man-made lagoon or natural bushland.  There are shops nearby or you can order from an online supermarket which will deliver to the door.

The property has spacious two and three-bedroom apartments sleeping up to six, or a two-level, three-bedroom plus study beach house as well as an extra large Executive Beach House that sleeps eight.

Guests can also use the facilities at the neighbouring Novotel Twin Waters Resort, including free use of windsurfers, catamarans, kayaks and more. There is a day spa and several restaurant and bar options as well as golf, tennis and a 19th hole restaurant bar and cafe at the nearby Twin Waters Championship Golf Course.

Grand Mercure Apartments is an hour’s drive north of Brisbane and five minutes from the Sunshine Coast Airport.

The prize must be taken from Sunday to Thursday, excluding school and public holidays, subject to availability and is valid to November 30 next year.
