Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the YOURLifeChoices Great Southern Rail Competition. By entering our competition you accept these terms and conditions.

With no previous warning, terms and conditions might be modified or updated at any time.
This competition allows all Australian residents over the age of 18 to enter the competition. Employees of Great Southern Rail , YOURLifeChoices and members of their direct families are ineligible to enter the competition.
Entries must not come from third parties. Bulk entries cannot be accepted.
In the event of any error, mistake, misinterpretation or disagreement (technological, human or otherwise) regarding the correctness or acceptability of any entries, the decision of YOURLifeChoices shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
YOURLifeChoices will not be liable to compensate expenses incurred in making an entry. No refund will be made for the cost of any entry.
To enter, you must invite at least one friend or relative to enter the competition. To invite friends or relatives, entrants must submit their friends’ or relatives’ names and current and valid email addresses in the manner required and where indicated on the online entry form. You must also ensure that you the have consent of your friends and relatives to send the referral email. For each friend/relative that you invite, the entrant will gain one (1) additional entry into the competition up to a maximum of 5 (five) additional entries.
The operation of the referral mechanic referred to above is subject to the Spam Act 2003. An entrant may refer a particular friend or relative only once during the promotional period and entrants who have already entered the competition cannot be referred as friends or relatives by a subsequent entrant. Each entrant’s relative or friend nominated must be an Australian resident over the age of 18 years. Each entrant warrants that any and each friend or relative that they nominate is known to them personally and that they have consented to receiving commercial electronic messages. For each friend or relative invited (up to a maximum of five) the entrant is required to enter a new 25-word answer to the above question
You must include your name, email address, phone and state to enter the competition. Your phone number will only be used in the event of you winning the prize. Entering the competition also adds your details to the YOURLifeChoices.com.au subscriber list and you will receive regular eNewsletters from YOURLifeChoices.
The prize is Non transferable to other persons. If, for any reason, the prizewinner does not accept the prize by the specified date, the prize will be forfeited. The prize is to be claimed by the person advised to Great Southern Rail by YOURLifeChoices – prize cannot be gifted or sold for profit once won/purchased. Prize winners are responsible for all the costs involved in getting to the departure station and from the destination station.
In accepting the prize the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed and sharing observations. Winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Great Southern Rail will only use an entrant’s data for prize notification and/or for the delivery of the Great Southern Rail online eNewsletter if that entrant has selected to receive it by opting-in on the entry form.
Submissions will be accepted from 9.00am ESDT, Australia on 26 October 2012 until 5.00pm ESDT 15 December 2012 on www.yourlifechoices.com.au and via the YOURLifeChoices enewsletter.
The competition winner will be contacted by email and phone on 19 December 2012. After three attempts to contact the winner over a two week period, if contact cannot be made, a new winner will be selected on 8 January 2013 and contacted on 11 January 2013.
