LOTTERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
The lottery will conducted by Mark Capps on behalf of Sneaking Duck Pty Ltd
To enter you must subscribe to the email newsletter via our website Join Our Mailing List page at http://www.sneakingduck.com/content/lotteryentry.html. Participants will be required to provide their details, including but not limited to their own name and email address. Incomplete or illegible entries will be ineligible. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
Employees of Sneaking Duck and their immediate families, associated agencies and companies are ineligible. Anyone associated with the promotion is ineligible.
The competition commences on the 29th October 2012 at 09:00am EST and concludes on the 29th November 2012 17:00pm EST.
The entries will be selected in turn at random by a computer generated selection on 30th November 2012 10:00am at Sneaking Duck, Unit 12, 285A Crown St, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. Each entrant can win only one prize.
The winners will be notified via email on the 30th November at 13:00pm EST and will also be announced on the website www.sneakingduck.com and social media sites.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter will modify or suspend the competition as they see fit. This will be approved by the commission by way of a formal amendment application, before the change/s are implemented.
There will be 10 winners. Each of the 10 prizes will consists of 1x $230 Sneaking Duck eyewear voucher. All prizes are identical. The total value of prizes will be $2300. This voucher can be used online at www.sneakingduck.com.
Prize can be transferred but not redeemed for cash. If winners have previously purchased sunglasses from Sneaking Duck, the prize can be used as a refund on this purchase to the prize value.
A redraw will occur if the prize is left un-claimed after a 3 month time period. The redraw will occur 4th March 2013 13:00pm at Sneaking Duck, Unit 12, 285A Crown St, Surry Hills, NSW 2010.
All entries become the property of the promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the promoter may use the entrant’s names and email addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
The winner may be announced on the website http://www.sneakingduck.com and the winners' names may also be used across promoters social networks as an announcement.
Promoter's decision is final.
