ADDENDUM TO 96FM Standard Terms and Conditions 
‘ROLLING STONES PROMOTION Active on-air dates: Monday 12 November –
Friday 16
th
 November 2012. 
The following addendum document stipulates the 96FM competition rules for all
participants and applies specifically to 96FM’s “ROLLING STONES” Competition.
HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must:
(a) Be the nominated caller when the “Rolling Stones” cue to call  is played
(b) The caller will be given a multiple choice question relating to the Rolling Stones
(c) If the listener gets the answer correct, they will automatically go into the draw
to win the major prize
(d) If the listener gets the answer incorrect, the announcer will take another caller
until someone gets the answer correct
(e) The ‘major draw’ will take place with the 96FM Breakfast Show between 6-9am
on November 19th 2012
(f) Entry is only open to residents of Western Australia. 
(g) Winner and travelling partner must have a valid passport to travel overseas
(passport must be valid for 6 months.) 
(h) Entry is only open to person of 18 years of age.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Duration of promotion is from Monday 12th
 November – 16th
 November 2012
inclusive.
2. Competition entry requirements are name, address, telephone number, picture,
nominated account name and amount due and no contestant may have won a
competition on 96fm for 60 (sixty) days prior to entry.
3. Contesting will take place 5 times a day between 7am and 5pm weekdays on
96fm from Monday 12th
 November to Friday 16th November (Inclusive)
4. Prize:  ‘Major Prize’ consists of one prize package with:
Two (2) Return Flights from Perth to London Departing between the dates of 26th
26th
 November and 2nd
 December. *Exact travel dates to be confirmed.
            Five nights accommodation for two (2) people at a Hotel to be advised.             
             $1000 AUD (one thousand) spending money (this will be deposited into the
 winners account. This may not be deposited into the winners account in time for
 the trip as Fairfax policy can take up to 21 days. 96FM is not responsible if the
 money is not deposited before the travel date.
             
Two (2) tickets to Rolling Stones on November 29th
 2012 at “02 Arena” in London.
It is the winners responsibility to collect their tickets and passes at the venue box
office before the show between 5.30-6pm. 96FM to provide details closer to the
concert
5. Major prizes conditions: 
(a) This airline tickets are non-encashable, non-transferable, non-re-routable
and non-endorsable and non-extendable.
(b) The ticket holder is entitled to normal baggage allowances as per the
existing rules.
(c) Winner will need to be available to travel between dates advised by 96FM
(d) 96fm will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred during
the winners stay or any other expenses incurred during their stay in
Melbourne.
(e) 96FM are not liable for any injury, baggage loss, accidents, flight delays, 
or other incidents during the trip.
(f) If the winner decides to extend/lengthen the trip (and this is an option
with the travel agency), the extra option will be at the winners expense.
(g) It is the winners responsibility to arrange travel insurance and transfers
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any
entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in
accordance with these conditions of entry. 
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from
the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. 
8. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted
as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of
Promoter, Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written
directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the
Promotion, as appropriate.
9.  96fm’s Standard terms and Conditions also apply to the competition. To the extent
of any inconsistency, the above Terms and Conditions will apply.
