TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SNAP BRAND AWARENESS CHRISTMAS COMPETITION
1. The competition is conducted by Snap Franchising Ltd, Ground Floor, Building D,
12-24 Talavera Rd, North Ryde, NSW, 2113. Telephone number 02 8870 5100.
2. Promotion commences on Friday November 9, and finishes on Sunday December
9, 2012 at 11.59pm AEST.
3. The promotion is a game of chance with a random prize draw from entries
received. Entries are open to clients of Snap Centres nationally.
4. Entry in the draw will be via an entry form on a website landing page on the Snap
website www.snap.com.au/win available during the competition period. Potential
entrants will be advised of the competition via direct mail, online and in-Centre
promotional materials.
5. All entries must be submitted online by 11.59pm Sunday December 9, 2012.
6. The prize pool consists of 100 x Visa debit cards with $250 value.
7. There will be 100 winning entries nationally, as follows: NSW 24, ACT 1,
Victoria/Tasmania 25, Queensland 20, WA 20 and SA 10.
8. The winning entries will be drawn randomly according to the state breakdown on
Monday December 10, 2012 at 4pm by Snap Franchising Ltd at their Head Office
located at Ground Floor, Building D, 12-24 Talavera Rd, North Ryde, NSW, 2113.
9. Winners will be notified by email by Snap Franchising Ltd on Tuesday December
11, 2012. The 100 winners’ details will be published on www.snap.com.au.
10.Prizes will be despatched by registered express post to the winners on Thursday
December 13, 2012.
11.Total prize value is $25,000. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
12. If a winner is unable to be contacted a redraw will be conducted for all unclaimed
prizes on March 10, 2013.
13.Staff and the immediate families of Snap Franchising Ltd, Snap Centres and their
agencies are not eligible to enter.
14.The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by Snap
Franchising Ltd or a Snap Centre.
