Carvers Christmas Hampers 2012 - Terms and Conditions
Eligible entrants in the promotion agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this
document (‘Terms and Conditions’).
Promoter: Burswood Nominees Limited ABN 24 078 250 307 as trustee for The Burswood
Property Trust ABN 35 491 389 282 trading as Crown Perth, Great Eastern Highway
Burswood, Western Australia 6100. Promotion Period: 00.01 on 26.11.12 – 23.45 on
16.12.12 Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and be a Crown Club member.
Entrants are ineligible if they are excluded from the property of the Promoter. Entry: To gain
one virtual entry, eligible entrants must purchase a meal at Carvers during the Promotion
Period and present their Crown Club card to Carvers staff for entry to the Promotion prior to
the end of the Promotion Period.  Draws: A virtual prize draw will be held at 10.00pm on
17.12.12 at Crown Perth. A representative of the Promoter will conduct a virtual draw to
randomly select twelve (12) entries from all eligible entrants to determine 12 winners of the
Prize. Prize: Hamper containing items at the Promoter’s discretion, to the value of $300.00.
Prize Conditions: The Prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for
cash. The Prize will be forfeited if the Prize winner cannot take the Prize. Any ancillary costs
associated with the Prize are not included unless specified. The Prize is subject to availability
and any separate and individual terms and conditions attached to the Prize. Claim of Prize:
The Promoter will contact the Prize winner using their Crown Club contact details and the
Prize winner is responsible for claiming the Prize in accordance with the Promoter’s
directions. Publicity: The Promoter may use Prize winners’ details for promotional purposes
unless a written request is made otherwise. Disputes: The decision of the Promoter is final
and binding.  Alteration: The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any necessary
approvals) to alter these Terms and Conditions to address any misinterpretation,
misinformation or misunderstanding, as is permitted by law. Acceptance: Participation in the
Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  Disqualification: Any
failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification, at
the Promoter’s sole discretion. Cancellation: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the
Promotion at any time prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period for any reason
