(the “Promoter”).

CONTESTING DATES AND
TIMES
Contesting will  occur between 6:00am and 3:00pm weekdays  only  from
Monday 12
th November to Friday 30
th November, or until such time as the
fifth and final  Celebrity Voice is correctly identified by a listener at the
Promoter’s discretion, whichever happens first (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting
Day”.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Promotional Period at their
complete discretion.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT
RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
-Western Australia;
-Entrants must be aged 18 years and over;
-Must have a full valid Australian drivers licence.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any
prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition
run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY Throughout the Promotional Period, the Promoter will broadcast a series of
short grabs of five (5) “Celebrity Voices”. 
The Celebrity Voices will be replayed throughout the Promotional Period. 
Listeners will be invited to call the station on 13 10 60 when prompted by the
announcer/s, to attempt to correctly identify the names of the Celebrity
Voices (“Cue to Call”).
Once the Cue to Call has been broadcast, a caller will be selected at
random by the Promoter, to attempt to identify the Celebrity Voices once. 
Each time a listener correctly identifies one (1) of the Celebrity Voices in the
correct position, for the first time (at the discretion of the Promoter), they will
be awarded a minor prize (“Minor Prize Winner”). The first listener to correctly identify all five (5) Celebrity Voices in the correct order (at the Promoters
discretion) will be awarded the major prize (“Major Prize Winner”).   All
decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will
be entered into in this regard.
To assist listeners to correctly identify the celebrities, The Promoter may give
away clues via social media, online and/or on air. Specific retailers at the
Sorrento Quay Boardwalk will also have ‘cheat sheets’ with clues to assist
listeners.
These ‘cheat sheets’ will only be available during the hours that the retailer’s
are open and once all cheat sheets have been distributed no more will be
printed. A list of retailers will be provided on the ‘website’ and the 92.9
announcers will also broadcast this each day.
The Promoter (at its discretion) may announce a “Bonus Hour” – or multiple
Bonus Hours - at random throughout the Promotional Period.  A Bonus Hour
will consist of a Contest Segment during which more than one (1) caller will
be taken to identify the Celebrity Voices. The times at which a Bonus Hours
will take place will be at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS N/A – prizes will be awarded in accordance with Item 8: Method of Entry.

ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS There will be a maximum of fifteen (15) Minor Prizes to be won.
Each Minor Prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
 (1) One x cheque to the value of $100 made out in the Minor Prize
Winner’s name.
Total maximum value of Minor Prize Pool = $1,500
There will be a maximum of three (3) Major Prizes to be won, consisting of:
 (1) One x 2012 WT Ford Fiesta, CL 5 door hatch, manual including six
(6) months registration. Colour to be determined at the promoter’s
discretion. Valued at a maximum of $16,490.
Total maximum value of major prize = $16,490 (x3)
Total maximum value of all major prizes= $49,470.00
Total maximum value of all prizes = $50,970.00

CONDITIONS
By entering this promotion, the promoter acknowledges and consents that
all material produced throughout the promotional period may be used by
the Promoter for the purposes of marketing and publicity.
All optional extras and accessories relating to the vehicle, including but not
limited to, comprehensive insurance and any other insurance not expressly
included above, fuel, personal costs, any other ancillary or incidental costs
related to the Prize or anything else not specifically mentioned in these terms
and conditions does not form part of the Prize.Insurance, options, accessories, fuel and all other ancillary costs are the
responsibility of the Winner. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the
Winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing costs associated with
the Prize including but not limited to: comprehensive insurance against
damage, services, tyres or any other items outside the warranty which are
the entire responsibility of the Winner.
The Winner must provide all information and sign all documentation
necessary to enable  NuFord  to register the Prize in the Winner's name.
Receipt of the Prize is subject to the Winner being able to lawfully take
possession of the Prize and comply with all registration and compulsory third
party insurance requirements of the State/Territory in which the Winner elects
to register the Prize.
If the Winner is unable to have the vehicle lawfully registered in their name,
through any legal incapacity or otherwise, then such winner may assign the
motor vehicle prize to another person (who consents to such assignment)
with legal capacity for the purpose of registration.
Neither the Promoter nor  NuFord take any responsibility for any such
arrangements between the winner and the assignee.
The Prize will be available for collection by the Winner from the dealership.
The Promoter and NuFord accept no responsibility for any mechanical, body
or paint repairs or repairs or maintenance of any kind relating to the Prize
after the date and time of prize collection by the Winner. Any costs incurred
by the prize winner will not be reimbursed and no correspondence will be
entered into.
If the winner is unable to collect the vehicle from the nominated dealership
the Winner may incur cost of transporting the vehicle, if needed, from their
nearest dealership to an alternate prize claim point as nominated by the
winner and deemed acceptable by the Promoter and  NuFord. Any costs
associated with the transport of the vehicle to an alternate location will be
responsibility of the winner.  NuFord and the Promoter take no responsibility
for the vehicle once it leaves the dealership.
The Major Prize Winner will not be able to determine the colour of the car. 
Colour of the car will be determined at the supplier’s discretion and will be
subject to availability at the time.
Vehicles depicted in any promotional material are not necessarily the same
colour as the Prize vehicle. The Winner will not be able to select the vehicle
colour - this will be determined by the Promoter and its nominated dealer.
