Wii U console + games promotion
 
1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The promotion period begins on the 27th November, 2012 at and ends on the 31st December, 2012 at 11.59pm AEDST.
3. Eligible entrants must Like Bluemouth’s Facebook Page during the promotional period and enter the code phrase: “How will U play next?” on the wall or comments section - for the entry to be considered valid.
4. One entry per person. Australia and New Zealand residents only.
5. Employees of Bluemouth Interactive and associated companies and their immediate
families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
 
5.  The random draw will take place at 10.00am on the 3 January, 2013 at Bluemouth Interactive, Suite 1502, 9 Yarra Street, South Yarra, 3141. Prize winners name will be published on the Facebook page by 4 January, 2013. Winner will be advised via Facebook.
 
6.  The first randomly drawn - eligible entry will receive:
1 x Nintendo Wii U console – valued at $350
2 x Nintendo Wii U games (PAL Format)
 
7. Photo Identity will be required to claim the prize. A clear link between the Facebook page of the winning entry, and the person claiming to be the winner and the rightful owner of the Facebook account– must be demonstrated by the claimant.
8. If a dispute as to the winner’s identity arises, a Commonwealth statutory declaration must be signed in the presence of an authorised witness. to justify the claimed identity. Two persons may not claim ownership of the one Facebook account. In such as case, the prize claim will be deemed invalid to both winners and a re-draw performed.
 
9. Due to uncertain availability of Wii U Consoles at the time of preparing this promotions’ terms and conditions, no guarantee can be given as to the speed of the delivery of the prize pool to the winner. The promoter shall make reasonable endeavours to deliver the prize as quickly as possible. The colour of the Wii U console supplied will be at the discretion of the promoter.
 
10.  The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 1 April, 2013 in order to distribute the prize if it remains unclaimed by that date subject to any relevant legislation. If such draw is required winner will be notified via e-mail and phone.
 
11. -          If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
