Terms and conditions:

1. Customers must enter the promo code SKATE at the checkout as it cannot be added after your order has been placed and confirmation number has been confirmed. Once the code is applied to the order the skateboard will appear as an additional item in your cart. You must press the APPLY button next to the promo code box to ensure the promotion is added to your order.

2. To qualify to receive this gift you must spend over $600 on SurfStitch.com excluding shipping fees.

3. Skateboard is the Sector 9 CARVIN 9ER LONGBOARD valued at $199.95. We will attempt to ship the promotional item with your order, but in some cases the skateboard will be shipped separately using your selected shipping method.

4. If purchase is returned and/or refunded below the $600 spend required, the skateboard must also be returned in original condition, otherwise the price of the skateboard will be charged to the customer's credit card. SurfStitch will not be liable for any postage costs incurred when returning the skateboard.

5. Gift cannot be refunded or exchanged, nor can it be redeemed for cash.

6. Promotion will run until stocks last.

7. At checkout only one promo code can be entered in at any one time and only one skateboard can be claimed for each order above $600.

8. International orders may incur additional customs taxes and shipping delays when claiming this promotion. SurfStitch has no control over your countries import taxes and will not be liable for these charges. All local customs charges are to be paid by the customer.

9. SurfStitch may allow the skateboard to be shipped separately if not applied correctly to a qualifying order. The customer will need to pay an additional shipping fee of $19.99 in these cases.
