Terms and Conditions - brandsExclusive's 'Moonlight Cinemas' Competition

Friday 30th November 2012 at 00:01 AEDT.

4. Close Date & Time
Friday 11th January 2013 at 15:00 AEDT. Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

5. How to enter   
Simply invite your friends to brandsExclusive using the designated invite page. Once your friend has successfully signed up you will be given one  entry in to the next applicable draw. Each successful invite gives the invitee an additional chance to win.


6. Prize Details
There will be 1x double season pass and 5x double passes to Moonlight Cinemas given away each week.


The double passes will consist of 2x Single Complimentary Vouchers. While the double season pass will consist of 1x season pass (for up to two people)


7. Prize valuation
Each standard ticket is valued up to $18.
The season pass is valued at $900


8. Limitation on entries (i.e. number)
Entrants may invite as many friends as they like. Each invite is valid for one draw only. After a draw takes place users will need to invite more friends for entry in to future draws.


No staff of Australian Radio Network or their immediate families or household members are eligible to enter.
Employees and their immediate families of brandsExclusive, participating outlets and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
“Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

9. Age Limitation 
Entrants and winners must be over the age of 18.


10. Draw process and judging
Prize draws
Six (6) winners each week (a total of Six (6) winners) will be drawn at random from the eligible entries.

12. Method of Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email.
Winners will be published on the brandsExclusive Facebook page as soon as the draw is complete.

14. Prize collection
Prize winners will have their brandsExclusive membership accounts credited with the amount of the vouchers.

15. Unclaimed Prize Draw Date & Time & Address
Unclaimed minor prize and major prize will be redrawn 30 days after the above mentioned prize draw dates. If the redraw date falls on a weekend day the redraw will occur on the closest Monday between 0900 and 1700 (AEDT) by brandsExclusive (Australia) Pty Ltd of Suite 1 / Level 1, 85 William Street, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010.

16. Unclaimed Prize Method of Winner Notification
Unclaimed prize winners will be notified by phone and in email (the phone number and email address they provided to brandsExclusive).


17. Unclaimed Prize Date of Winner Notification
Unclaimed prize winners will be notified 30 days after the above mentioned prize draw dates.


18. Special conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all memberships. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any member for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Cancellation of brandsExclusive.com.au membership or orders during the promotional period and up to and including the date of draw will void entry. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in
order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to relevant Governmental departments. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid. brandsExclusive accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures, including but not limited to any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone, or amend this competition.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting and/or using the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
