The winner’s name and State/Territory will be published as specified in Condition 1.9. 12.2 As a condition of accepting the prize, the Winner must complete and return the Prize Acceptance Form by post, fax or email to the Prizing Agency by (5pm Sydney time) on Wednesday 23 January 2013 in accordance with the instructions provided in that notification phone call and email. Failure to complete and return the Prize Acceptance Form by this time will result in forfeiture of the entire Prize and the prize will be allocated to the entry judged to be the next best entry. 13.
