On Christmas Eve, during his Breakfast show, Stuart Bocking will draw the major winner who'll win 2UE's BIG Christmas Stocking! That's ONE OF EVERY PRIZE we give away during the week and it's valued at over $2,500! Plus, the 2UE Promotions Team will deliver it to the winner's door just in time for Christmas.

Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
2. The Promoter is Radio 2UE (170 Pacific Hwy, Greenwich 2065 NSW. Ph: 02 9930 9954).
3. Entry is open to Australian residents only and entry is deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of Conditions of Entry.
4. Fairfax Radio employees, their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
5. 1 x major prize and 60 x minor prizes will be allocated in total.
6. Minor prizes includes:

7. The major prize:
I. Major prize includes:
i. One of EVERY minor prize
ii. Total value $2,863
iii. Delivery of major prize to winner’s home on Monday 24 December by 2UE vehicle.
II. There is no cash value to this prize & cannot be exchanged or transferred.
8. Total prize pool is $18,000
9. Mechanics:
I. Every hour, 6am-6pm, during the contesting week (Monday – Friday), 2UE will reveal
an hourly prize and give listeners a cue to call.
II. The designated caller through, will instantly win that hourly prize.
III. Each hourly winner will also go in the draw for the major prize – one of every prize
given away throughout the week.
IV. Over the course of the week, 18 different prizes will be given away (please refer to
prize list for specifics).
V. Stuart Bocking will draw the major winner during the Breakfast Show on Monday
December 24. That day the 2UE vehicle will deliver as many of the prizes as possible.
10. If a prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal
guardian.
11. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of an entrant
participating in the Promotion.
13. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
14. Should the promoters (2UE) be unable to provide the prize as outlined, a replacement prize
will be provided.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any part of the Prize that is lost, stolen, forged, damaged
or tampered with in any way before it reaches the winner.
16. All contestants release from, and indemnify 2UE and Fairfax Radio Network against, all liability,
cost, loss or expense arising out of accepting the prize or participation in the competition
including (but not limited to) loss of income and/or personal injury.
17. All information collected will be kept for administrative purposes only.
18. Radio 2UE reserves the right to request winners provide proof of identity and proof of
residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for
verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
19. The use of false name or address, ie name by which the entrant is not usually known will
disqualify them from receiving the prize.
20. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and
any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any
damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in
connection with the Promotion, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii)
any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or
death.
21. 2UE reserve the right to refuse the allocation of a minor (premiere tickets) or major prize (China holiday) should a listener have won any prizes more than once within the following periods:
I. For prizes less than $500 – no more than once every 30 days
II. For prizes between $501 - $1,000 – no more than once every 6 months
III. For prizes over $1,000 – no more than once per 12 months
If a listener has won more than once in the above periods it is classed as a breach of the rules and the prize will not be awarded. In this instance a redraw will take place.
22. 2UE has the right to ban competition winners from entering other 2UE competitions that they deem have broken the rules of the general prize giveaways for a period of 12 months. The winner will be advised of this in writing after the entrant has been disqualified.
23. The major prize winner may not enter any other 2UE promotions for another 12 months commencing 24/12/12.
24. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize.
25. All winners are automatically entered on the 2UE database.
26. Notwithstanding any other condition of these specific competition rules, 2UE reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
27. Acceptance of the prize is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
