Competition Information, Terms and Conditions
Information on prizes and how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
The competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over (‘Eligible Entrants’), with the exception of directors, employees and their immediate families of Broadbeach Media Pty Ltd trading as Hybrid Web (‘the Promoter’, ABN: 82117926851) or any associated companies and agencies.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of the age identity & residential address of the winner. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.
No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
Entry to the competition is only accepted through the Hybrid Web Facebook Page or by clicking the link from the promoters website www.hybridweb.com.au (the Promoter’s Website)
You may only enter the competition once. The Promoter may disqualify anyone who enters multiple times.
Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, incomplete or delayed entries whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
In order to be eligible for the prize, the participant has to “like” the Hybrid Web page on Facebook and subscribe to the Hybrid Theory blog.
Entry into the competition is only valid if all details on the entry form are completed in accordance with all the requirements stated on that form.
All entry details become the property of the Promoter and subject to the privacy conditions outlined on the Promoter’s Website. All entries will be entered into our client database and will automatically become a Hybrid Web Client and receive our newsletters and promotional offers via email, SMS and/or post.
The Promoter reserves the right to use the content of winning entries for the purpose of future promotions. No additional compensation will be awarded to the competition winner for such promotional activities.
The competition winner of the week will win ‘Free Business Cards Friday’ (‘the Prize’), valued at $168.
The first set of cards will be drawn on Friday the 24th of January 2013 and then weekly on each Friday to a minimum of the 31st of March 2013.
The Prize is as stated and there is no alternative prize or cash substitute.
Prizes are not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with any other voucher, gift certificate or promotional offer running during the redemption period.
Draw Details: Entries close each week on Friday. The winner will be drawn on the same Friday at Shop 39 Niecon Plaza, Broadbeach, Queensland 4218 and the drawn winner will be notified on Facebook.
The draw results will be published each week on Facebook. If you are a prize winner, simply follow the instructions provided with notification of your prize.
Only one prize each week will be awarded. Prize winners are responsible for paying any applicable taxes in any jurisdiction where they reside and/or receive the prize.
Entrants agree that by entering a competition their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by BROADBEACH MEDIA PTY LTD (trading as HYBRID WEB) for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing and sending offers and other information.
BROADBEACH MEDIA PTY LTD (trading as HYBRID WEB) may suspend or terminate any competition at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which grounds may include without limitation a competition (or the website on which it is presented) being subject to, or affected by, any denial-of service attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these BROADBEACH MEDIA PTY LTD (trading as HYBRID WEB) competition rules.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by an entrant on the entry form or any changes to the contact details of the winning entry that results in failure to contact the winning entrant.
If the prize is declined or the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the judge may at their absolute discretion select another winner.
The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add or to waive any of these terms and conditions or to cancel the competition at any stage, in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
