The Promotional Prize for winning The Giveaway shall be one (1) pair of Karen Walker Eyewear 'Anytime' sunglasses in Tan Glitter, with an RRP valued at approximately AUD$329.00 (the "Prize"), in addition to a Karen Walker Eyewear sunglasses case and cleaning cloth.



TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your participation in STYLEKEEPERS' Giveaway ("The Giveaway" or "Promotion") shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of The Giveaway, which is sponsored by the operator of www.stylekeepers.com.au ("STYLEKEEPERS").

1. We require entrants to be at least 16 years of age or older to be eligible to enter The Giveaway. We urge entrants under the age of 18 to gain parental permission before participating. This Promotion is open to participants worldwide.

2. The Giveaway will run from Wednesday 9th January 2013 until 11:59pm AESDT on Thursday 31st January 2013, after which the period for entries will close.

3. A winner will be announced on Friday 1st February 2013, at a time to be specified closer to the end of the Promotion. It is the responsibility of entrants to check the STYLEKEEPERS Facebook Page (http://www.facebook.com/Stylekeepers) and/or Instagram feed (@stylekeeperseboutique) for updates as to what time the winner will be announced on the specified date.

4. Participants gain one (1) entry per one (1) share of the promotional image on their personal Facebook pages, Instagram feeds, or both. STYLEKEEPERS must be tagged appropriately in each share for an entry to be valid (i.e. @stylekeepers for Facebook and/or #stylekeepers for Instagram). It is possible for participants to enter The Giveaway more than once by sharing the promotional image and tagging STYLEKEEPERS more than once on any of the aforementioned social media platforms.

5. The Promotional Prize for winning The Giveaway shall be one (1) pair of Karen Walker Eyewear 'Anytime' sunglasses in Tan Glitter, with an RRP valued at approximately AUD$329.00 (the "Prize"), in addition to a Karen Walker Eyewear sunglasses case and cleaning cloth.

6. The Prize will be mailed out to the Giveaway winner once they have provided STYLEKEEPERS with a valid postal address.

7. As entrants are not required to provide emails or any contact information in order to participate in The Giveaway, it is the responsibility of enrants to monitor the STYLEKEEPERS Facebook Page and/or Instagram Feed in order to view the announcement of the winner on Friday 1st February 2013, who will then be instructed to contact STYLEKEEPERS at info@stylekeepers.com.au to provide an appropriate contact email and postal address in order to receive the Prize.

8. STYLEKEEPERS will post the Prize to the winner within seven (7) days of receiving a valid postal address. Winners should expect to receive the Prize anywhere between 1-2 days to thirty (30) days depending on their location. Winners located outside Australia should expect to wait longer for delivery.

9. Notwithstanding Section 8 above, in the event that, for whatever reason, the announced Prize winner fails to contact STYLEKEEPERS within seven (7) days of the winner being announced on Friday 1st February 2013, they shall be deemed to have forfeited their claim to the Prize and STYLEKEEPERS shall exercise the right to select an alternative winner without obligation to compensate the original winning entrant in any way.

10. STYLEKEEPERS' decisions with respect to all matters relating to te awarding of the Prize are final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or third party.

11. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or credit notes.

12. By entering The Giveaway, each entrant unreservedly agrees to these Terms and Conditions which govern The Giveaway and the awarding of the Prize.

13. By entering The Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless STYLEKEEPERS, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with The Giveaway or the accpetance of the Prize.

14. The winning entrant shall be solely responsibly for any taxes levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Prize.

15. STYLEKEEPERS reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.

16. STYLEKEEPERS reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Giveaway if, in its sole judgment, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.

17. STYLEKEEPERS reserves the right to disclose the winner's name and identity.

18. These Terms and Conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisidiction of the courts of Queensland.
