Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. If there is any conflict
between these terms and conditions and any other published material, these terms and conditions are to prevail.
Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to Queensland residents who are aged 18 years and older who have liked Our Village Foundation
www.facebook.com/OurVillageFoundation via Facebook (and remains liking) the page during the promotional
period. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences on 17th January 2013 and closes on 25th January 2013 at 9.00am (AEST).
The prize is 10 double passes to see Pete Murray at Eatons Hill Hotel and Function Centre on Saturday 26th
January 2013. The prize consists of entry to the venue for two people. Each prize is valued at $89.80. The total
prize pool is valued at $898.00.
To enter, entrants must navigate to the Pete Murray @EH competition application (https://www.facebook.com/
OurVillageFoundation/app_128953167177144) and supply their name, email address and phone number. This
constitutes a valid entry. If an entrant fails to provide any of the required details their entry will be invalid.
The competition is a game of chance. The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of entries at the close
of the promotional period. The winner will be notified by phone. If the winner fails to claim their prize by 4.00pm
Friday 25th January 2013 they will forfeit the prize (and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu) and another
draw/s will take place until a winner is drawn and is able to accept the prize as stated. Entrants must be prepared
that if they are the winner; they will be named on Facebook.
All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferrable, exchangeable or
redeemable for cash. The promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect details included in the winners contact
information. Any incidental costs relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable to
any person for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits),
expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s
negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot
be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Promoter reserves the right to alter the mechanics of the promotion at any time without notice.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof
that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including (but not limited to) any omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or
satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information entrants
provide may be used to provide information about the promoter, its agencies and affiliates from time to time.
