ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Contesting will occur between 5.30am- 9.00am from Monday 21st January 2013 – Friday 25th January 2013. (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day” in accordance with state legislation.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- Western Australia
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize from the Promoter 30 days prior to their entry in this Competition or if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 12 months prior to their entry in this Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY
During the contesting period, The Bunch will announce an Elvis Costello “Cue to Call”.
After the “Cue to Call” is played in its entirety listeners will need to call the “Competition Line” on 13 33 53.
The nominated caller through on each contesting day will win a prize. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

Prizes will be awarded in accordance with Item 8.
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

There will be a maximum of five (5) x prizes.
Each prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
- Two (2) x Gold Reserve tickets to see Elvis Costello at Kings Park and
Botanic Garden on Wednesday 6th February 2013.
Total maximum prize value: $ 440.00 (x5)
Total maximum value of all prizes: $2,200.00
