Registrations will open at 06:00am on Thursday 24/01/2013 and will close at 23:59 on Thursday 31/01/2013 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Registration Period at its own discretion.

Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- NSW (calling from within the Sydney metropolitan telephone exchange area)
- Victoria
- Queensland
- South Australia
- Western Australia

Entrants must be aged 21 years and over with:




- No criminal record;
- No outstanding criminal convictions against their name;
- A machine readable passport (E-Passport) valid until or beyond six
months after the scheduled return date from the destination. Passport can be issued by either Australia, New Zealand or United States of America;
- Must be able to satisfy any other such requirements as deemed necessary for the purposes of entering the promotion.


During the registration period listeners will need to go to the relevant station website and register their details on the entry form.
Listeners must provide the promoter with relevant details including, but not limited to:
- Name;
- Age;
- Address;
- Email;
- Contact details.
Listeners will also be required to answer in twenty five (25) words or less: “Why would you want to see Trey Songz live?”
(“Entry”).
An entrant will only be able to enter the promotion once.
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.


Judging will take place on Friday 1 February 2013 at 10.00am at 2DAYFm at Level 15, 50 Goulburn St Sydney 2000. The Promoter will, in their discretion choose a maximum of (1) one winner from the most entertaining, original, creative answers and will award them with a prize.
All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

There will be One [1] prize.
Each prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
- Two (2) x return economy flights from nearest capital city (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth) to Orlando, Florida, on a date and time to be advised by the Promoter;
- Airport Transfers from the winners hotel to the airport and return ;
- Accommodation for two (2) people between 22 February 2013 and
26 February 2013 in a minimum 3 star accommodation;
- Tickets to Trey Songz Concert on 23 February 2013.

Winner and Guest must be aged 21 years and over.
Should any elements of the prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not available for any unforseen reason, the Promoter takes no responsibility and the Prize Winners and their companions will not be compensated.
By entering this Promotion, the entrant acknowledges that any or all material which is submitted by them or subsequent material provided or produced by them may be used for the purposes of marketing and publicity by the Promoter at the complete discretion of the Promoter. They will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
The prize is strictly non-transferable or refundable, and cannot be sold to a third party.
Prize Winner and their Guest will be required to carry valid photo identification with them at all times.
The Winner and Guest must be available to travel on the dates stipulated by the Promoter. Once the dates are set at the Promoters discretion, these dates are non-negotiable and not flexible. Should the winner be unable to travel on these dates they will forfeit the prize and no compensation will be awarded. This is at the complete discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
The winner and their guest must be available to attend the Trey Songz concert on the date and time stipulated by the Promoter. Should they not be able to attend they will forfeit the prize and no cash/compensation will be awarded in lieu of the prize.
All Entrants and their guests may be required to sign Indemnity forms before their participation in the activity.
The exact opening and closing times for the Registration Period will be determined at the discretion of The Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the method of entry as necessary and in their complete discretion.
Winners and Guests are responsible for travel to and from the airport in the nearest capital city and no reimbursement will be offered for any expense incurred.
Flights and hotel are subject to change at the Promoter’s discretion. Accommodation is based on Twin/share. There may be additional occupancy tax that will be collected directly from the guests.
The prize does not include anything other than what is listed in Item 11: Prize Details. Any additional costs, including but not limited to room service, internet use, phone use and mini bar, will need to be covered by the Prize Winner and/or their guest.
It is the Prize Winner’s and guest’s own responsibility to ensure they notify the Promoter, the airline, hotel and any other establishments associated with the Promotion and/or the Prize of any allergies they have.
No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the


Prize winner and or their guest miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements. These costs will be the responsibility and expense of the winner and travel partner.
Spending money, meals (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated guest as incurred.
The Winner and their guest are responsible for anything which occurs outside of the activities organised by the Promoter. Any loss or damage incurred by the prize winner or their guest in their own free time will be the responsibility of the winner and their guests.
It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their guest to obtain the necessary travel insurance coverage for travel to the United States, and to cover any associated costs themselves.
Prize Winner and their guest must both be aged 21 years and over and not have criminal records or outstanding convictions against their name.
Should the Prize Winner and/or their guest be refused entry into the United States of America for any reason, the Promoter does not take any responsibility and the person’s who was refused entry will not be compensated by the Promoter in any way.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any flight delays, changes or cancellations. In the event of a flight disruption, the Promoter will not be liable should the Prize Winner and/or their guest not be able to take part in any element of the Prize. The Promoter will not be liable to make good any element of the Prize not fulfilled due to a flight disruption.
It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their guest to complete the Electronic System for Travel Authorization, under the Visa Waiver Program.
Winner and Guest may be required to provide passport evidence and sign a Statement of Eligibility and Liability prior to prize fulfillment.
