Terms and Conditions

1. Competition opens on 23rd January 2013. 2. Entries must be received by February 23rd 2013. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for consideration. 3. The winner will be selected by the 25 th February 2013. 4. Employees and immediate families of Madman Entertainment Pty Ltd or Funtastic Limited are not eligible to enter. 5. The winner will be chosen randomly using a number generator. 6. This is not a game of skill, and chance plays every part in determining the winner. 7. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. One winner will receive: a private screening of Save Your Legs! for themselves and twenty of their friends at a Palace Cinema, in the capital city of the state they live in, one choc-top icecream, regular sized popcorn and water for each guest. Valued at approx. $1500. 9. The winner will be notified by email upon draw and publicly listed on Madman.com.au by February 26th 2013. 10. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize is forfeited. 13. The Promoter is not liable for any damage caused at the event, or technical issues that prevent the screening from taking place. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. 12. Submitting an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 13. The promoter requires from the winner, upon winning, to provide a list of the 20 people attending the event and three suggested dates to attend the screening in between Monday - Thursday, within the month of March 2013. 14. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and age. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. 15. The Promoter requires, upon the winners receipt of the prize, the winner to confirm their guest list within 10 days. 16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, or in connection with taking or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 17. All personal details of the entrants will be stored on the Promoter's server and will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address below. 18.
