Anna Karenina – Game of Skill Competition
Terms and Conditions
By entering the Anna Karenina competition (“the Competition”), you are agreeing to the following terms and
conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents 18 years of age and older in Australia where the Channel
Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Yahoo!7, Universal Pictures
and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Friday 1 February 2013 at 01:00 AM (AEDT) and concludes on Thursday 14
February 2013 at 23:00 (AEDT) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 Entrants must watch Network Seven and affiliated channels throughout the Competition Period wherein a
Competition spot will air from time to time during commercial airtime.
3.3 To enter viewers must log on to yahoo7.com.au/annakarenina and register their entry by answering the
following question in 25 words or less: “How far would you go for love?” Entrants must also provide details
of their name, address (including postcode), state, daytime telephone number (including STD area code), age
and email address. Entries will be judged on creativity and originality and chance plays no part in this
Competition.
3.4 Entries must be received within the Competition Period.
3.5 Entrants (including winners) in the Competition may enter as many times as they like but each entry must be:
(a) the original independent creation of the entrant; and
(b) free from any claims, including copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.
3.6 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. Entrants agree to
grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and
acknowledge that they will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (1) major prize winner who will receive the prize package detailed in clause 4.2.

Conditions
• Travel is valid between 20 February 2013 and 20 February
2014.
• Hotel accommodation is based on 2 people sharing a
room.
• 3 Months’ notice is required for travel.
• Children may make up the travelling party as long as they
are accompanied by an adult who is 21 years and over.
• All elements are subject to availability at time of booking
• Winner may be required to produce credit card details
upon check in to hotel for any incidental charges or
upgrades not expressly provided in these terms and
conditions.
• Winner and their companions must travel together on
the same flights and stay in the specified
accommodation.
• Winner and their companion must have appropriate and
valid passport before travelling (cost of which is the
winner’s responsibility).
• Winner and their companion are responsible for applying
and obtaining any and all necessary visas and to pay any
associated fees before travelling.
• Flights leave from the winner’s nearest capital city. The
winner and their travelling companion must travel
together on the same flight. Travel arrangements to and
from the nearest capital city airport do not form part of
the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
• The winner and their companion will have all flights and
accommodation booked by the Sponsor or the Sponsor’s
nominated agent from the winners nearest capital city for
them. Once booked any changes made to the booking
may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the
cost of the prize winner
• The Promoter strongly recommends that the winner and
their companion read the policy terms for the insurance
provided with this prize. Should the prize winner not find
the cover suitable for his or her personal requirements,
any additional insurance costs are not included in the
prize and will be the responsibility of the winner. Please
contact Channel Seven for a copy of the travel insurance
policy.
