This Natvia New Me Revolution Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Australia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. HOW TO ENTER To enter you must go to the Natvia Facebook page and click on the ‘New Me Revolution’ link and following the required steps including filling out the required information, beginning 12:01 am (AEST) January1, 2013, and ending 11:59 pm (AEST) February 4, 2013. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) entry per person.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to all legal residents of Australia thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Natvia Pty Ltd and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their same households (related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, and retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the families of each living in the same household are also not eligible. The offer is void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

CONDITIONS

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and all decisions made by SPONSOR are legally binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold Natvia Pty Ltd, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agencies and all prize suppliers (collectively, the Released Parties), harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage of any kind, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, whether suffered by entrant or a third party. Entrants further agree not to pursue any right, claim or action against the Released Parties in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes. The Released Parties assume no liability or responsibility for incomplete, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, postage due or late mail, or for technical, hardware, software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any kind or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, or any website or any combination thereof. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Puma reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the entire Sweepstakes in the event of a virus or bug that compromises the integrity of the promotion or if the promotion becomes technically corrupted. In such an event, Puma reserves the right to award prize from eligible entries received prior to cancellation and all other eligible entries received. Puma reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes website, violates the Officials Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By participating in this promotion winners agree to abide by the following conditions upon winning, when asked to do so by Natvia Pty Ltd and any of their staff: • Posting photos of the winner whilst taking part of the prize on the Natvia website. • Posting comments regarding the participation of the prizes. • Posting on any of Natvia’s affiliated partners that Natvia Pty Ltd request. • To wear any promotional clothing that Natvia Pty Ltd require. • User who have un-liked Natvia’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/natvianaturalsweetener) at the time that the competition concludes will be deemed ineligible and withdrawn from the competition.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state laws of Victoria, Australia.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Grand Prize is one (1) $1,000 Red Balloon voucher, WBC, Natvia, Vitarium products, Michelle Bridges 12WBT position, 2XU vouchers. As part of Grand Prize, Winner may also provide Sponsor with the mailing address. The grand prize is valued at $1,550.00.

A minimum of five (5) minor prizes will be randomly selected from all eligible remaining entries there is no defined maximum number of minor prizes this is up to the discretion of Natvia Pty Ltd. Minor Prizes include but not limited to: 2xu vouchers valued at $200.00, Natvia/WBC/Vitarium packs valued at $100.00 and Hoyts Double movie passes valued at $42.50.

• 2XU vouchers: Vouchers can be redeemed online via http://www.2xu.com.au or a gift card can be sent out to the winners address and can be used at any of the 2XU stores within Australia

• Spartan Race entry: Spartan Race winners will be allocated to either the Melbourne or Sydney event (the winners will be able to decide), we do not cover any travel expenses or further costs related to the event which include but not limited to training gear, food, travel insurance and etc. More information regarding the event and dates can be found here: www.spartanrace.com

• 12WBT entry: Position will be allocated in the first available starting date according to Michelle Bridges 12WBT schedule which can be found here: http://www.12wbt.com/faqs/747228 •
• Hoyts double movie: CineVouchers can be used for 3D sessions with an upgrade fee of $3.00, payable upon redemption of each voucher online or in cinema. CineVouchers are valid for any session except on Saturday after 5pm and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

No prizes can be transferred. There is no prize substitution or cash equivalent except Sponsor reserves the right to award prize determined by Sponsor to be of equal value if advertised prize (or portion of prize) is unavailable.

All Prize Winners will be notified by email. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to contact Prize Winners within seven (7) days from time Prize Winners are selected. If Sponsor is unable to reach Prize Winners during this time frame or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, he/she will be disqualified. Noncompliance with Sweepstakes requirements will also result in disqualification of the Prize Winners, and a Substitute Winner will be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries.

All prizes will be delivered via mail. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winners to provide Sweepstakes Sponsors with the correct mailing address. Prizes will not be delivered to addresses or Post Office boxes outside Australia.

RANDOM DRAWING

The information connected with this Sweepstakes is being collected solely by Vocus Social Media LLC d/b/a North Social. The list of entrants will be provided by Vocus Social Media LLC d/b/a North Social to Natvia Pty Ltd.. Vocus Social Media LLC d/b/a North Social will select the Grand Prize Winner and Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, will fulfil all Sweepstakes prizes. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 7, 2013, from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 pm (AEST) February 4, 2013.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on a Facebook profile the winning entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of Facebook profile. Authorized account holder is defined as the primary account holder on the email address of the Facebook profile as designated by the email service provider.

Force Majeure: The failure of North Social or Natvia Pty Ltd (Releases) to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of the Releases (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other, force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
