MY QUEENSLAND BUCKET LIST – PINTEREST COMPETITION
FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have consented to being subscribed to Tourism Queensland’s online communications.
2. The competition commences at 2pm (AEST) on 30th January 2013 and concludes at 2pm (AEST) on 13th February 2013. Entry is open to all individuals however if the winner is less than 18 years of age, then a parent or guardian must accept the prize.
3. To enter the competition, participants must do the following:
(i) Follow @visitqueensland on Pinterest http://pinterest.com/visitqueensland;
(ii) Create a board entitled “My Queensland Bucket List”;
(iii) Pin at least 5 Queensland images to your board.
(iv) Complete the entry form at queensland.com/competitions;
4. Only one entry per person is allowed. Tourism and Events Queensland reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify:
(i) any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process;
(ii) any entries that Tourism and Events Queensland considers manipulative, unrepresentative, or disproportionate;
(iii) any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect, the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the entry process.
5. Employees and Directors of Tourism and Events Queensland, or agencies associated with the competition, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the competition.
6. Participants will be entered into a random draw to win one major prize. The prize is a GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition, valued at approximately $399AUD.
7. The winner will be selected by random draw. The drawing of the prize will be conducted at Tourism and Events Queensland, Level 9, 30 Makerston Street, Brisbane, Queensland, on 15th February 2013 at 11.00am AEST. The name of the
prize winner will be published on the website, http://www.queenslandholidays.com.au/travel-tools/competitions following the email confirmation from the winner. The prize winner will also be notified by email. The winner will be required to acknowledge receipt of the email notification and to confirm a postal address to which the prize will be posted.
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is not claimed by 15th March 2013, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place.
9. Each entrant releases and indemnifies Tourism and Events Queensland and Pinterest against all liability (including tax liability), cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize or participation in the promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
