Full terms and conditions


1. Promoter is SKYCITY Adelaide Pty Ltd t/as Adelaide Casino of North Terrace, Adelaide, SA. A.B.N. 72 082
362 061 (hereafter referred to as ‘Adelaide Casino’). SA Licence No. T12/2479
2. The promotional period commences at 10am on 28th January 2013 and concludes at 9pm on the 16th
February 2013.
3. The promotion is only available to Gold Rewards members who either receive an entry ticket in the mail or
who play on an electronic gaming machine (‘EGM’) or a Table Game (excluding Rapid Roulette, Vegas
Star, Grange Room Tables and the Poker Zone) at Adelaide Casino during the promotional period.
4. Each Gold Rewards member will be posted a direct mail letter in February and receive a free ticket to drop
off into the appropriate entry bin, with this letter to be posted out on or about the 24th January 2013.
5. By entering into and participating in this promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and
accepts these terms and conditions.
6. All promotional material including information on internal signage, list of terms and conditions and Casino
License agreement forms part of the conditions of entry.
7. To be eligible, a qualifying Gold Rewards customer needs to visit the Adelaide Casino during the period of
the promotion and activate their Rewards card while playing at any EGM or Table Game to earn the
required threshold Rewards points for an entry ticket. It is the player’s responsibility to insert their
appropriate Rewards Loyalty card into their respective gaming machine or to hand their card to the dealer
when playing tables to activate their points for live play to be tracked and points to be earned towards this
promotion.
8. No Rewards Card may be transferred between members and group play is not allowed in order to attempt
to qualify for the required Rewards points threshold.
9. Gold Rewards members who earn 150 Rewards points during this promotional period will be credited with
one entry ticket per 150 Rewards points earned per day as determined through the Kiosk system. The
qualifying Rewards member will then need to print their ticket(s) from any of the Kiosks located around the
Adelaide Casino and enter them into the appropriate entry bin located near the Rewards Desk. There will
be a Gold Tables Rewards entry bin and a Gold Machines Rewards entry bin for the respective members.
10. Adelaide Casino accepts no responsibility for Entry tickets that are lost, stolen or damaged due to any
cause. Adelaide Casino does not accept responsibility for Entry tickets that are not placed in the
appropriate Promotion Entry Boxes applicable to the promotion, prior to the cut off time.
11. All entry tickets must be entered into the appropriate entry bins on or before 9pm on the 16th February
2013 to be eligible to be in the running to win a prize. Gold Table Rewards players must enter their tickets
into the Table Entry Bin and the Gold Machines Rewards players must enter their tickets into the Gold EGM
Entry Bin.
12. There will be a prize draw held on 16th February 2013 at 9.30pm at the Rewards Desk. All entry tickets will
be thoroughly intermixed prior to an Adelaide Casino employee randomly drawing out 5 winning tickets
from each of the entry bins, to determine the winners of the prizes on offer. Each drawn winner will receive
the following:
􀀀 A quartz Swarovski Crystal Chinese Snake valued at $500 each plus $880 in table gaming chips
(Tables entry) or 88,000 conditional slot points worth the equivalent of $880 (Machines entry).
13. Total value of all the prizes on offer is $13,800 (10 x $500 plus 10 x $880).
14. Conditional slot points refers to the conditions in the following 3 sentences. To change conditional slot
points into EGM credits, a player must first attain a turnover of at least $1 whilst playing an EGM. For
eligible players (i.e. beneficiaries of this promotion), the slot points will then be generated as a result of
achieving the required minimum turnover. Once conditional slot points are transferred to credits, a
beneficiary of the points may cash out or keep playing.
15. Any invalid (self barred, barred otherwise) entry drawn will be void and another entry drawn. In the event
that the drawn entry is found to be illegible or ineligible, a subsequent ticket will be drawn and the prize
awarded in accordance with these terms and conditions.
16. Should the prize winner not be present at the time of the draw they will be notified by telephone by an
Adelaide Casino employee. Adelaide Casino will make every reasonable endeavour to contact the winners.
All winners will also be sent a letter within 5 days of the draw advising them they have won the prize and
how to collect it.
17. Adelaide Casino accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, stolen, misdirected or returned mail notifying
of prize winnings. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their Rewards contact details held by
Adelaide Casino are up to date and that Promotion Entry tickets have their details clearly printed and in a
legible form.
18. All winners’ details will be published in The Advertiser public notices section on Wednesday 20th February
2013.
19. Should any of the prizes remain unclaimed after 90 days from the draw date then they will be considered
forfeited and disposed of by Adelaide Casino in any way it sees fit.
20. The following SMS /Text message will be sent out during the promotion:
􀀀 You have generated ‘x’ Kiosk tickets to print for a chance to win a Crystal Snake. Lic. No.
T12/2479 Gamble Responsibly.
21. Entry tickets are void if stolen, forged or tampered with in any way. Also if a member put the wrong ticket
into the incorrect ticket bin this ticket will be deemed null and void.
22. Employees of Adelaide Casino and companies associated with this promotion and their families are
ineligible to enter.
23. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of the Conditions of Entry and confirms acceptance to
participate in any reasonable publicity or advertising that Adelaide Casino may request, including
photographs and use of their image on the Adelaide Casino website.
24. Failure to observe the Conditions of Entry may result in disqualification.
25. Adelaide Casino shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of
taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
26. Entry is not open to persons under 18 years of age.
27. Adelaide Casino management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
