TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. You will automatically be entered into the “APT7” competition by entering your personal details on the sweepstakes tab of facebook.com/Visitbrisbane OR Visitbrisbane.com.au between 4pm 04/02/13 and 4pm 04/03/13 and completing your details on the online promotion entry. Employees and Directors of Brisbane Marketing or agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the promotion. Participants must be residents of Queensland, Australia. Each participant may enter the promotion once only.
2. Participants will be entered for the random draw prize to win a VIP art-lovers experience including a guided tour or APT7 for two people, two APT7 merchandise packs and lunch for two at the GOMA Restaurant.
3. The winners will be selected by random draw. The drawing of the prize will be conducted at Brisbane Marketing, Level 8, Roy Harvey House, 157 Ann Street, Brisbane, on 04/03/13 at 4.30pm. The winner will be notified by email and may be published on facebook.com/Visitbrisbane wall. Should the prize winner be under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
4. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash and can only be taken on the dates advised.
5. The prize must be accepted in reply email by 07/03/13 or the prize will be redrawn.
6. Brisbane Marketing accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or any variation in the prize advertised and the prize provided. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Each entrant releases and indemnifies Brisbane Marketing against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
