Bugaboo Australia Facebook Launch Competition Rules

Here’s what you should do. Tell us in 25 words or less which is your favourite Bugaboo Cameleon3 Special Edition stroller. Choose from 3 special editions, The Bugaboo Cameleon3 Sahara, The Bugaboo Cameleon3 Viktor & Rolf and the Bugaboo Cameleon3 Denim 107 special edition. We will choose the winning  answer and that person will win their favourite Bugaboo Cameleon3 special edition stroller.

1.The Promoter for this competition is Bugaboo Australia Pty Limited, suite 2, level 2, 156 Edgecliff Road, Woollahra, NSW 2025. ABN 151 298 28 280.

2.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Any entry not complying with these Rules is invalid.

3.Entry into this competition will be deemed to be an acceptance of these Rules.

4.To enter into the competition to win a Bugaboo stroller, a Participant must, during the Giveaway Period, ‘like’ the Bugaboo Australia page on Facebook (at http://www.facebook.com/bugaboo.australia ) and submit their 25 word entry. They must also provide their name, and email address.

5.Employees of Bugaboo, including their relatives, agents and people connected with the creation or administration of the Competition are not eligible to take part in the Competition. Bugaboo reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants.

6.Limit of one entry per person.

7.The competition is open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 and above.

8.By entering the Competition, the Participant hereby warrants that all personal details submitted by him/her are true, current and complete and that the e-mail address and phone number he/she submits are accurate and valid.

9.By entering the Competition, the Participant also hereby warrants that they will observe a polite attitude and will not post on any of the Bugaboo social network pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) any comments that would be insulting, offending or  content which would be contrary to the law. Any such comments will immediately be deleted.

10.Bugaboo, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these Rules, has cheated or does not meet any of the conditions set out in these Rules.

11.The Competition begins at 10am (AEST) on the  11th of February 2013 and ends on at 5pm (AEST) on the 22nd of February 2013. Submissions received after this time and date will not be taken into account.

12.This Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the identity of the winner. All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be judged on their merit and the winning entry judged  on originality and adherence to the word limit will win the prize.

13.A jury composed of Bugaboo personnel will select the Winner of the Competition.

14.The Winner of the Competition will be announced on the Bugaboo Australia facebook page during the week commencing February 25th, 2013.

15.Bugaboo will notify the Winner by email or phone using the information given in their competition entry.

16.The Winner of the Competition will win the Bugaboo Cameleon3 Special Edition stroller they have identified as their favorite in their competition entry. The strollers that entrants are eligible to choose between and win are the Bugaboo Cameleon3 Sahara special edition, Bugaboo Cameleon3 Viktor & Rolf special edition, and the Bugaboo Cameleon3 Denim 107 special edition. The prize will be shipped over to the winner at cost of Bugaboo.

17.For the avoidance of doubt, no other costs will be assumed by Bugaboo. Nor will Bugaboo be responsible for any tax implication that may arise from winning the Prize.

18.If the Prize is declined or unclaimed by the Winner, or if a Winner cannot be contacted from the details provided within twenty four hours of notification, a replacement Winner may be selected by the jury at Bugaboo ’s discretion from the other selected entries. The new Winner will be notified by Bugaboo. The original Winner will then be forfeited.

19.The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Prize is awarded at Bugaboo’s entire discretion and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any participant.

20.By taking part in the Competition, the Participant accepts that unforeseen technical problems linked to the use of computer networks may arise, including problems when connecting to the Internet. Bugaboo cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Competition. Bugaboo  is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer Wi-Fi systems, servers, or providers, platforms and/or platform operators, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person’s computer or other mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Competition.

21.Bugaboo accepts no responsibility or liability for elements of the Prize being amended by Bugaboo. The Prize comes with a 24 months warranty from the date the winner is announced. Full warranty terms and conditions will be detailed in the user guide you will receive with the Prize. The warranty is not transferrable and may therefore only be invoked by the first owner.

22.To the fullest extent permissible by law, Bugaboo excludes liability for all loss, damage or claim arising as a result of the Participant’s entry into the Competition or use of the Prize.

23.Bugaboo reserves the right and the Participant expressly agrees that Bugaboo may use the name of the Winner and/or their entry content. Use may include the Internet, such as Bugaboo’s website, its social network pages including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Flickr, You Tube etc. and all Photograph, publicity, magazines, catalogues or the likes.

24.By participating in this Competition, the Participant will only be providing information to Bugaboo. Bugaboo will store participant’s entry details in connection with this Competition solely for the purpose of competition administration, unless participants have given permission for additional use.

25.Bugaboo reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel the Competition and/or to amend the Rules or change the Prize at any time and without prior notice.

26.In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, Bugaboo’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

27.If at any time one or more of the provisions of these Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out without affecting the remaining provisions.

28. These Rules shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and Australia whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
