It's been a few years since we last had a long player from Aussie/Irish singer Brian McFadden, but that all changes today with the release of his new album 'The Irish Connection'.
Featuring duets with Sinead O'Connor, Christy Dignam and Ronan Keating, the new LP takes a trip through some of Brian's favourite Irish tracks from the likes of Damien Rice, The Cranberries, Enya (yes, Enya) and of course, U2.

And to celebrate our upcoming interview with Brian (and with thanks to Universal Music Australia), we're giving you the chance to win one of five copies of the new LP.

Competition closes at 10:00pm AEST on Friday March 08, 2013. Only one entry per residence and email address will be accepted. Winners drawn entirely at random. Competition open to Australian residents only. Winners' first names, suburbs/towns and states will be published on the site on Saturday March 09, 2013. Five auspOp devotees will each pick up a copy of the new Brian McFadden album 'The Irish Connection', with big thanks to Universal Music. And as always, we'll be keeping your details safe, sound and toasty warm. We might even give them a warm cup of cocoa with some marshmallows.
