Product of the Year rewards innovation in a huge range of consumer products, and provides shoppers with a symbol to guide them to the best product in each category.

In 2013, the Products of the Year include items such as specialty biscuits, hair colour, soups, snacks, chocolate and dental care.

Leader has 16 prize-packs of winning products to give away. Each prize is valued at $140. Prizes must be collected from Leader’s head office at 1 Chapel Street, Blackburn.

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.

The promoter is Leader Associated Newspapers Pty Ltd, 1-7 Chapel St, Blackburn, Vic, 3130. ABN: 34 004 337 446.

Entry is available to residents who reside within all Leader distribution area. (Refer to the end of these Terms and Conditions for Leader Distribution Area Suburbs List.)

Employees and their immediate families of Leader Associated Newspapers Pty Ltd, News Limited and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

The competition opens 12.00am on Monday, March 4, 2013 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday, March 13, 2013.

The winners will be drawn at Leader’s Blackburn office on Thursday, March 14 and notified by mail.

Winners must collect their prize from Leader’s head office at 1 Chapel Street, Blackburn by Friday, April 12, 2013.  Any prizes not collected by this date will be offered in a second chance prize draw.

One entry allowed per person. Leader Community Newspapers reserves the right to invalidate all multiple entries submitted by one person.

Entries must include the entrant’s full name, email address, postal address and daytime phone number to be valid.

Leader Newspapers reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.

Leader Newspapers is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer which may affect participation in this promotion or transmission of entries over the internet.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not received by Leader. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.

All prizes must be collected from Leader’s head office at 1 Chapel Street, Blackburn by Friday, April 12, 2013. If prizes are not collected by this date, a second chance draw will take place on Wednesday, April 17 and prizes will be offered to new winners.

Entry is available to residents who live within Leader Community Newspapers’ distribution area.
