I figured it would be appropriate to talk about a “money memory” of mine since cameras are all about capturing life experiences onto a memory card. Remember back to the good old days when cameras hadn’t gone digital yet and you had to wait days to develop your pictures before seeing it??? Nowadays I can’t even remember the last time I actually developed real photographs. There are literally hundreds of pictures on my computer dating back from 2006 until now that are still waiting for me to print out and put into real photo albums! As usual, I digress…Back to the money memory. My proudest money memory were times I was able to donate money to help others. I have immense debt so I don’t donate as much as I would like to but when I have a few dollars to spare I will donate. I am a huge animal lover and anytime there is a chance to give money to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to All Animals (SPCA) I will. My beloved family dog Bingo is turning 16 years old this year and 14 years old, we adopted him from the SPCA. He is one of the most precious things in my life :) I’m also a sucker for helping out kids. I always seem to be buying whatever they are trying to sell me to help with their local sports team or girl guide cookies. If you have kids that need help raising money, come find me because I will for sure buy at least 2 items of what you are selling. The one time my former shopaholic tendencies does good ;) In the future when I am debt-free I hope to donate more to charities and causes that I strongly support.
