    Summer Waterwise Prize Pack Terms and Conditions


Competition commences at 8am on 1 December 2012
and closes at midnight on Friday 15 March
2013.
1.
To be eligible, customers

must:

at the time of entry, be 18 years of age or over

occupy a residential property and have respon
sibility for the payment of the residential
property account
2.
Prize winners:

will be selected at random

will be notified by mail/email. No proxies wi
ll be accepted and proof
of identity, to the
satisfaction of the Water Corporation, will be required if requested

shall agree to participate in publicity
or advertising as requested, and their

participation shall be at no cost or expense to the Water Corporation

shall agree to have their name published by the Water Corporation in both internal and
external publications as required
3.
Prize/s:

consists of 1 (one) of 20 (twenty) waterwise prize packs

are not negotiable or redeemable for cash

the winners will be drawn on 18 March 2013
4.
The prize must be taken as supplied and cannot
be varied, extended, exchanged, or redeemed
for cash.
5.
The prize may be transferred/gifted provided the
recipients also meet the competition criteria
(see No. 2 in Terms and Conditions).
6.
The Water Corporation’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Employees

are not eligible to enter or to win any prize offered in this promotion.

The Water Corporation shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not
limited to direct and consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a
