Terms and Conditions

WIN tickets to the HIA Melbourne Home Show!

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Geelong Advertiser Proprietary Limited 191-195 Ryrie Street, Geelong VIC 3220. ABN. 59004090055.
3. The competition commences 16/03/2013.
4. Entries close midnight 20/03/2013.
5. Online is the only method of entry.
6. Entrants must visit geelongadvertiser.com.au and enter required details and the correct code word appearing inside the Geelong Advertiser 09/02/2013 (Code word: HOME) to enter the competition.
7. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not received.
8. There are 32 prizes to be won.
9. 30 winners will each receive a double pass, valued at $40, to the HIA Melbourne Home Show at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre from April 4-7, 2013.
10. Two winners will each receive a copy of Houses I Love by Gary Takle, valued at $49.95.
11. Winners are responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with the prize.
12. Total prize value $1,299.90
13. The competition will be drawn at the Geelong Advertiser office 21/03/2013 through a random draw from those that have entered.
14. The winners will be contacted in writing within seven working days of the draw.
15. The winners may be required to visit the Geelong Advertiser at 191-195 Ryrie Street, Geelong with personal identification to verify himself or herself and collect the prize. Office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
16. Prizes must be claimed within two weeks of notification.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
18. Judge's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
19. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
20. By entering, entrants give permission for their names to be published inside a Geelong Advertiser Group if a prize is won.
21. When requested, winners will make themselves available for photographs that may be published for publicity purposes.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
23. Staff and immediate families of the Geelong Advertiser Group are ineligible to enter.
24. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.
25. The personal information supplied to the Promoter is for the purpose of entering this competition only and may be used by us or any of our Australian related companies for future marketing and publicity purposes.
