'We want to know, what's your best DIY 'up-cycle' creation and why?

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents age 18 and over who are registered as 'liking' the official Burt's Bees Australia fan page on Facebook during the time of the promotion or earlier. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

4. Multiple entries per person are permitted. Each entrant can only win with one entry.

5. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

6. Promotion commences Wednesday 6 March 2013 at 12.00PM AEST. Entries close Monday 1 April 2013 at 11:59pm AEST.

7. The prize will be sent to the claimant at the delivery address set out in the claim. Please allow for up to 4 weeks for receipt of your prize.

8. The judging will be conducted at Burt's Bees Australia Clorox Australia Pty Limited 36 Gow Street Padstow NSW 2211 on Tuesday 2 April 2013. Winners will be notified via email. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. To enter, participants must subscribe, or be subscribed, to the Burt's Bees fan page on Facebook, and submit an entry by filling in the supplied form and answering the following question: 'We want to know, what's your best DIY 'up-cycle' creation and why?'. 9A. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its creative merit of the entry submitted. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. The entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original artistic work of the entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter and Facebook against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
