Apollo Motorhome Holidays 2013 Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to Australian residents of any age. For entrants under the age of 21, a parent or legal guardian will accept the prize on the entrant's behalf.  The entrant does not need to have previously rented from Apollo Motorhome Holidays.
 Drivers must be 21 years of age and have held a full manual driver's license for 2 years. For full licence terms please read http://www.apollocamper.co.nz/terms/apnzflexapnz1314-Quote.pdf.
There is no limit to the number of entries one person can make but each entry must be unique.
The competition entry period commences at 10:00 AEST on Thursday March 28th 2013.
The competition closes at 23:59 AEST on Monday May 5th 2013.
The winner will be judged and notified on Wednesday 8th May 2013 at the premises of the promoter. The winner will be notified by telephone, email and published on the Apollo Motorhome Holidays' network of websites on May 8th 2013.
Flights must be booked by May 17th or are forfeit.
Prize is valid for use 18th – 27th July. The winner must be available to travel during these dates.

NB: This vehicle sleeps 6 people in 3 double beds. This competition is for a family of 4 but if your famil is larger, up to 6 people can be accommodated in the Motorhome but will not be accommodated with regards to flights and other activities unless otherwise specified.

Each entrant warrants that their entry content is unique and their own/they have permission to use it.
Each entrant agrees to receive an automatic subscription to email communications from Apollo Motorhome Holidays Pty Ltd.
In order to submit a qualified entry entrants must 'Like' the www.facebook.com/ApolloCamper.
Entry form must be fully completed and 25 words or less will be judged on originality, creativity.  Judges/Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Hire days must be taken consecutively. Multiple bookings will not be allowed. If the winner does not hire for the full 10 days all remaining days are forfeited.
Liability: A $250 NZD will be processed, by way of bond, to the winner's credit card as an authorisation at the commencement of the hire period. Credit card holder and nominated driver must be present at pick up to sign the Rental Agreement.
Vehicle hire is supplied on a vehicle only basis with Liability Reduction Option 2 (for full details go to http://www.apollocamper.co.nz/terms/apnzflexapnz1314-Quote.pdf).
Standard rental terms and conditions apply and are subject to change without notice – see www.apollocamper.co.nz. This hire applies to the daily rental rate, government fees and taxes and liability fees. This free rental is subject to vehicle availability and approval by Apollo at all times.
Valid for hire to and from the Apollo Christchurch branch.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any third party vendor terms and conditions.
Hire cannot be changed once booked except at the winner's own expense.
It is the winner's personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation and Australian Manual Driver's Licence at the time of the hire. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred during the hire period or as a result of such documents being obtained or not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Petrol is not included. The nominated winner may be required to cover incidentals including petrol, holiday/travel insurance, visas and passports.etc that are not included in the prize. All other expenses associated with the prize are not included, unless otherwise stated. Apollo Motorhome Holidays recommends additional travel insurance.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
If for any reason any element of the prize/s becomes unavailable, which is out of the promoters control then a similar prize to equal value, will be awarded in lieu. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries with profanity, rude or harmful comments.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), expenses, damage, personal injury or  death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
 If for any reason the proper conduct of this promotion is compromised due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify an entrant or cancel this Promotion.
Comprehensive insurance, additional options and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. Apollo Motorhome Holidays recommends additional travel insurance when using the prize.
This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the prize winners.
Employees of the Promoter, Apollo and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. To enter, entrants will be required to provide various personal information including but not limited to name, email address, residential address, contact phone number/s, and gender for the purpose of verifying eligibility.
Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars unless where stipulated. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in prize values.
 All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion.
