I am not sure how many reader surveys we have done in the history of this website. Maybe one? But I know that they are an important exercise. We could be totally cocking up without knowing it and so it's time somebody like yourself brought us back down to earth.

Some people enjoy filling out surveys and do it for the fun of it. Others want to win prizes, and rightly so. At the end of our survey you can opt in to enter the draw for the following outstanding prizes: Return flights to Tokyo for you and a friend, including six nights accommodation at the Park Hotel; an Ellie Malin x Gorman quilt worth $299; a $100 voucher to the Pet Shop Girls web store; a $250 voucher to the ASUZAMAN web store; a Chapter Music CD pack worth $250; one of five Madman 'Arthouse Films' DVD packs worth $300 each; and one Crumpler 'Aso Outpost' backpack worth $199.

The survey closes at 5pm on Friday May 3, after which you'll have to go back to drip feeding us your honest opinions by trolling us on Facebook. Just kidding, thank you in advance if you're able to help.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), the Partner(s), suppliers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Promotion commences 11.00am (AEST) April 24, 2013, and ends at 5:00pm (AEST) May 3, 2013 (Promotional Period). Any entries received after this time will not be considered and are not eligible for the prize.

To participate in the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:

i. Complete The Thousands reader survey in full

ii. Provide their contact details in the appropriate entry box at the end of the survey, this includes: full name, email address and phone number

Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who enter using multiple email addresses or aliases may be disqualified.

This is a 25 wol competition.

Pretty standard 25wol question - "why you *definitely* deserve to win something this week."
