Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
    Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 13 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
    To enter and win your nudieMe character on nudie bottles, simply:

    Tell us in 25 words or less what makes your nudieMe special (after all it might feature on its very own nudie label soon!)

    Entries must be received by the Promoter during the entry period. Entries received after 27/05/2013 [23:59] will not be accepted.
    You may enter as many times as you like. Every nudieMe character created and submitted via the "enter competition" tab during the entry period will be entered into the competition. Each nudieMe character submitted must be different; the Promoter reserves the right to remove duplicate entries.
    The competition commences at [00.01] [EST] on 13/04/2013 and closes at [23.59] [EST] on 27/05/2013 ("entry period").
    This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s). All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality (nudieMe character, name of character and response to question). The best entries, as determined by the judges, will receive a prize.
    Judging will take place at 10am [EST] on 29/05/2013 at nudie Foods Australia pty ltd, 77 Corish Circle, Eastgardens, NSW. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from nudie Foods Australia pty ltd.
    Prizes consist of the following:
    1 x Major Prize - Valued at approx. $3000
    The major prize winner will have their nudieMe character printed and labeled on ONE 250mL nudie flavour* for a period of 4 weeks*.

    *PLEASE NOTE: The flavour of the juice that the label will appear on, will be chosen by nudie Foods Australia pty ltd. nudie Foods Australia pty ltd will endeavour to ensure that the winning nudieMe character is on bottles for a period of 4 weeks. However, this time frame cannot be guaranteed.

    The major prize winner will also win a 3 month supply* of nudie juice.
    *30 bottles of 250mL nudie juice will be delivered once a month for 3 months. nudies come in packs of 6 - the winner will be entitled to choose 5 flavours per month. The delivery will be made Monday-Friday, during business hours.

    5 x Runner Up Prizes - Valued at approx. $50.00
    Runners up winners will receive 1 x nudie hamper each. Each hamper may contain (but is not limited to): nudie plushie, nudie beach towel, nudie cotton bag, nudie swimming cap.
    Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges' decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
    In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
    The winner(s) will be notified by email on or by 30/05/2013.
    The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify cancel, terminate or suspend the competition.
    Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
    By participating, entrants agree that ownership of any intellectual property rights in their entry is assigned to the Promoter. The entrant agrees to sign any further documentation required by the Promoter to give effect to this assignment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any moral rights in any materials submitted as part of their entry and waives all moral rights in such materials.
    The winner consents to the Promoter using their nudieMe character, name, image and description in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
    The winner/s consents to sending nudie Foods Australia pty ltd images/photographs of themselves with their prize, and/or participating in a photoshoot at nudie Foods HQ.
